Waited a good 10 minutes in line to buy a cup of coffee to go. Finally got my cup, walked over to the carafes and they were all empty. Every single one. So I got back in line which was now a good 10 people deep (with one person waiting on everyone). The one person working, got a rapid order (internet order) so she started working that order instead of the people in line. I gave up after a while and just walked out.

I eat at Panera Bread at least 3 times per week because its located very close to my house and I love it! Good food and great service. Also the atmosphere is very cozy. Thank you, guys! Keep on baking your awesome cherry and chocolate pastries, which Im addicted to!

Panera Bread is a nice place to go to just hang out for a while. It has a very comfortable and cozy feeling to it. Their bread is great and also have meals that are very good. On top of all that they provide free wireless internet so you can use your laptop.

Line proceeded pretty quickly to order food, food was ready in a short amount of time with handy order ready indicators that allowed for finding a seat and chatting without apprehension while waiting.

Slow (20min) with 3 people in front and over did my guac melt to the point the bread was burnt in places.. take out so no chance to replace as we were traveling x country. Will NEVER stop here again.

Always a great choice for lunch, a little noisy at times and the staff could be a little more knowledgeable about their menu. Overall a decent place for breakfast items and a tasty lunch menu.

Basic Panera experience. Slow time and the staff seemed inconvenienced by my visit but the food was ok though overpriced. Again, a repeat of my experience across all franchises.
