I have never received such disappointing service at a Starbucks. As a former partner and store manager I would never post a review like this unless it was absolutely necessary. I had a terrible experience previously but was willing to give it another chance. Being it is at an oasis, with traveling time in consideration we stopped here with little time to spare. I had to explain to the barista taking my order that my frappichino I ordered was a frozen drink and not hot. That a kids chocolate milk could be made by simply adding mocha to milk in a tall cup. Then while watching them start my drinks after 10 minutes of watching them do nothing but lolly gag and pick up things that could have been done after my three frappichinos where made. She proceeded to put whole milk in my soy drink and light frappichino. And to top it off added a shot of espresso into a vanilla bean for a child that is supposed to have zero caffeine. I then asked for my money back because if I would have had to explain to them how to make hem again I would have been late for my obligation. Never go here unless you have an hour and and the skills to put on a apron and make it yourself.
