Let me start by saying I stop by this Starbucks every single day and I get the same drink every day. The employees all know me, for the most part. Ill start with the pros. The guys working here are all (again, for the most part) extremely polite and friendly. Thats a huge part of any establishment and they get it right on that front most of the time. The ingredients taste great and the drinks are really tasty when made correctly. Unfortunately thats where the problems start. As everyone knows, Starbucks isnt very cheap coffee and for the price it should be made correctly. I understand mistakes can be made but Id say about 50% of the time, my drink is messed up. It ranges from having way too much or way too small amounts of ingredients to ordering hot coffee and receiving it ice cold, or receiving the drink without it being mixed (all flavoring and add ins at the bottom of the cup which results in the drink being completely unflavored until youre at the bottom of the cup). Ive also received cups that were only about 3/4 of the way full (without creme). These issues happen WAAAY too often. Its a gamble on weather or not Im going to get a good drink every day. I believe the problem mostly lies with one employee. Nearly every time he makes my drink, its wrong. I wont mention any names, but the dude always wear a ball cap. Someone in management needs to have a talk with him and make him aware of the issue, simply so he can improve, not to get him in trouble. For the money that a cup of coffee costs here, they are way too inconsistent. That being said, every time I have a problem they are more than happy to remake it and are friendly about it, however Ive sometimes had it remade and it was wrong AGAIN. This has happened more than once. The store is also pretty dirty from time to time when I go in, although mostly I go through the drive through. I ordered a drink inside one time and I was wearing a brand new coat, I propped my arms up on the counter to wait and it was literally covered in sugar, cream, spilled coffee etc. and got it all over my sleeves. Its typical to see empty coffee cups, napkins and garbage sitting around the store, especially around the drink station. In closing I would give this location 3 stars. The positives still outweigh the negatives... but barely. The drinks are fantastic when made correctly and the staff is mostly polite and friendly but the quality control and cleanliness is severely lacking.

I am extremely grateful that my hometown finally got this starbucks and i have been going there weekly now since it opened & felt like after a year(ish) i should leave a review. Its always a great experience for me. Coffee is never bad. The staff always seems to listen well and get it correct everytime. We meet with a friend from out of town their the other night and enjoyed our hour stay inside even. That was my first time to stay so long inside. But it was clean and quiet and perfect. And i always have time on my lunch breaks to grab a quick coffee. Their wait time isnt bad at all! And when i have my pug puppy with me (on off days) she always enjoys her puppccino (i believe thats what they call it). We never ask for it, they see her at the window and always offer her the free puppy wipped cream treat. She gets so excited when she sees me pull in that drive thru everytime!!! So great coffee & service!!!!! Yay for Florence for bringing you here!!!!!

I go to this Starbucks on a daily basis and sometimes 2 and 3 times a day. They are very cordial and friendly. They have gotten to know me by name and know my preferences in food and drink. In addition, they are clean, accurate, fast and efficient. I cant think of a single thing that I would change or that they need to improve on. This particular Starbucks rocks!

Big fan of Starbucks. The prices are a bit nuts, but theyve got a lot of good specialty coffee drinks that are a bit of a pain to make yourself. The service is generally fairly fast and the staff has always been friendly. They keep the store clean and orderly as well. Even with the higher prices I keep coming back. The Flat White they have is hard to beat!

Our drinks were a wreck! From a former partner I was extremely unimpressed! 2 of our iced drinks were double cupped because they were too lazy to wipe off the milk and espresso they had spilled. Whip cream was running all over the place and the drinks dripped all over the car and our laps. Lazy crew they had on shift that day...

Never had a bad experience here. Food and drinks are good, if pricey. Staff is nice. I just wish there were more seating options considering how busy it can get in here. Also, mobile ordering speeds things up considerably. I can order 5 minutes out and then walk in and out in under 1 minute.

Very nice experience. Fast service. Comfortable atmosphere for conversation. The seating area could be kept a little more clean, but it wasnt to bad. There were just a few used cups and napkins around and the floor needed to be swept. But, overall its a nice place.

This listen tends to be busy with young families and college students. There is decent seating, indoors and outdoors. The only issue I have with this location is that it isnt always the cleanest, especially where one adds milk/cream and sugar to their drinks.

The key to enjoying Starbucks for me is going when its not so crowded. Early morning, etc. When I can ask barristers questions and they arent covered up with other work. I especially love the app- ordering and paying are a snap and I hardly ever wait in line.

Jasper (a terrier) loves a pupachino and the awesome service that comes with it. The drive-thru is fast. Seriously, it is impressive how quickly the line of cars move around the building. This is a fairly new location and Starbucks has not disappointed.

Coffee is good, but wi-fi if so slow cant search anything, I run speed test not even 1 mbs. So I used my cellphone Internet was super fast. What kind of Starbucks with no wi-fi

Drive through is fast if you dont want to spend time enjoying the atmosphere. Coffee here is good but a bit weak, I think the recipe has been watered down for the local palate.
