I just phoned in an order for a coffee tumbler. I was connected to Erin, who couldnt have been more helpful or nicer. She doubled-checked to make sure the tumbler was still in stock, and then offered to have the tumbler sent to me express so it would arrive in time for a friends surprise party. Top-notch service and a great-looking coffee tumbler!! So happy to give Broad St. my business and proud to be a Wesleyan alum and parent. #THISISWHY
