Unfortunately I have to eat here every week because of my job. Other than the terrible parking situation...The staff, besides a select few, are extremely rude and incompetent at their seemingly easy job. Constantly messing up orders or not giving you your complete meal. They cannot handle when it is busy and they are very nonchalant about the customers when it is slow. It is way too expensive for their food that is only mediocre when prepared correctly. Only a few of the employees will actually give you what youre entitled to for a $10 sandwich, a side and pickle, or two pieces of stale bread with soup. Their baked goods arent as good as a "Bakery" should have. Overall an awful establishment. With the kind of money they ask for you could have a much better experience and lunch...anywhere.

Frist & last bakrey There french tost was good with the bule berry jam so was the sasega egg an chesse they dont give free refils on drinks except coffe they take there time with the customer its not cheep the meal consit on a 2.35 for drinks 5.75 for the food. its nice theres a sweetish them going on they also have a lunch part as for me ill give this place a 2 star rateing.

I will not return to this place due to their poor service; the food was not good enough for the servers to be so extremely rude. There are many places on that street that have better food with more smiles. I recommend you enjoy your meal somewhere else.

Service was good the steak egg cheese on a roll was amazing bread was soft and fresh my wife had the salad not so great need to work on the Italian dressing coffee was ok a little pricey but not crazy ok not a bad spot Ill go back if around there

Fast, good, and comfortable. Best breakfast in the area. Amazing French toast. Decent coffee. Keep in mind you order at the counter, they bring you your food, and you bus you own table... Not a restaurant- it is a bakery cafe.

Great place for lunch and breakfast. Nice assortment of baked goods. Has been an anchor of Hartfords South end since I was a kid. Across the street is the restaurant. Killer Italian bread, hot peppers and Italian dishes.

Breakfast sandwich and coffee are just right here. Tons of baked goods available. Huge space, will always find a table. Great place for weekend breakfast with the family.
