We reviewed this restaurant based upon 4 different categories with an opportunity for one star for each. We visited here for lunch and dinner multiple times. 1 for Cleanliness - The place is clean ,although a little shabby. 1 for Timeliness - The food comes out in a fairly timely manner, although not quick exactly. 1 for Food - The food is great , however lately there has been a lot of filler (rice and beans) in the burritos. Additionally, they have been cushiony more lately. Especially for extras. 1 for Service - We have friends who are employees, because they are so friendly. Let me be clear, they became friends because we met them at the restaurant, not the other way around. Overall, we would come here again because we like the employees, but the quality and price of the food has definitely gone downhill lately.

The food is ok. The service is awful. And the fact that we waited for an hour and thirty minutes to be seated, while they seated larger and smaller groups ahead of us, with no explanation, no manager responded to our request, and the servers laughed at us for asking why we were being passed over, pretty much means Im not returning to this location. We ended up leaving after they looked right at our group and gave a fourth table that would seat us to another group.

From the time we walked in, to the service and one of best chunky salsa and chips; everything was great. We had the tacos sampler and the fajita sampler. The chicken, pork, shrimp and asada were all cooked correctly! Service continued to amaze us. Our drinks, chips and salsa never ran out. This place is a place to eat if you are in the Willows, CA area.

Nice service but awful food. I got slices of American cheese on top of my food and it wasnt a hamburger. Also my friend got the wrong meat in her food. Taste of it all wasnt good and the price wasnt cheap. On the positive side the portions were big and good atmosphere. However I will not be returning.

Table attendants didnt know what gluten free was. Fortunately the chef caught it. Food had no sauce and was dry and bland. Quite possibly the worst Mexican food Ive ever had. They didnt even have horchata on the menu but they also had burgers on the menu, so what could you expect. Dont go here

The food was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The carne asada was delicious--no complaints there...the taco was good, but a little soggy...the carnitas were better than average, but not outstanding...the mole was a little too sweet and watery. The customer service was excellent!

Horrible service. Took 45 minutes to receive food. Only order a bean and rice burrito with guacamole no cheese or anything. Food was warm when I got it then when got my bill the burrito was 16.75... will never be back here. Worst service Ever! Waiter was rude and unprofessional

We were seated right away, the waiters were very happy and helpful. The food was delicious and the service terrific. This restaurant has a different variety of food that I havent seen anywhere else. I will visit again.

Terrible service, first the bartender ignores us and only serves one guy. Then the waitress had a horrible attitude and a complete lack of service. Food was sub par and mostly everybodys plate was too salty.
