My daughter and I went here for lunch and to check it out. The food was very good, flavorful, fresh and homemade. The decor is quaint and relaxing. The prices are perfect for the amount and quality of the food and drink you get. However, I wish there was some music playing. I saw a system for it, but was not on. That would give the place a little more ambiance. I wish the staff was a little more into conversing with the customers, as well as more informed on what they provide for the establishment. I noticed that they do parties for special occasions. So I talked with our server and she was very vague on what the cost would be, what would or could be served. The manager was not available to answer those questions. So I left my name and number to have the manager call me back. So I hope to hear soon from the manager to get some information. Overall experience was very nice. I recommend this little tea house for a nice outing.

My girls and I love this beautiful and quaint tea shop and cafe. The proprietress is a tea specialist, who was willing to share a tip or two about the refined art of High Tea, as well as tell us about her experience shopping for particular teas in China. We loved the "swamp" iced tea and the irresistibilitea. For lunch we had a delicious bowl of clam chowder with half a sandwich. The sandwiches were fresh, and included a cucumber cutting to add crisp to the bite. I had the good sense to order two of Charitys home-made pies for Thanksgiving, one being pumpkin, and the other a mellow apple. The crust was as yummy as the interior apple and pumpkin. I highly recommend to everyone driving down Hwy 26 from Mt. Hood, stop by this shop, and get a hot cup of tasty tea, a few cream puffs (hand-made), a sandwich, or Charitys home-made soup. Its so worth the stop! Cheryl Dixon

I went in for the first time today and they were amazing! I didnt know what tea to get but the lady at the front was very nice and asked me what flavors I like and she suggested the swamp tea, which was very good. I also had the turkey and cranberry cream cheese sandwhich, which was also very good. I highly reccomend this place. Has a great in home feel and the people are very nice. And they have good prices too, not overpriced, while still having good quality.

Great tea. Comfortable surroundings and thats pretty little shop made out of a house. What was a surprise were the sandwhiches . They were absolutely delicious. They were made by hand, not premade, I was really impressed so was my wife. She had a delicious salmon sandwich with Oolong tea. I had a turkey cranberry cream cheese sandwich with ginseng tea. Both were extremely yummy

My husband and I went here recently and loved it! We had the English tea, and it was amazing! The tea, scones, salad, and sandwitches were delish! Our desserts were just ok, ( we had the cheesecake and lemon tarts) but overall the experience and service was great! Def going again :)

We went here for my moms birthday and she really enjoyed it. The tea was excellent, along with the sandwiches and dessert. If you like tea, this is a great place to have a cup. Try the British T, it is delicious.
