I was at Jamba Juice 2 weeks ago. I received a gift card for JJ, but I couldnt use it because their register wouldnt recognize my gift card. The employees apologized, and stated their " I T people were working on the problem". I called them again tonight, & they said their I T people were still working on it. This is 3rd time this has happened to me in 4 weeks. Very frustrating. Do NOT sell your gift cards to people if they can not be used. Bad business practice.
