why cant you give no stars or negative stars? I was in this establishment today at some point set my phone down and walked out ... I was on my way home to sacramento and didnt realize I had lost it until a while later i called and called my phone and no one answered, I sent texts and didnt get any reply until later which the person told me he worked and Jack in the box and described what i looked like ... so he must have saw me lay it down and then went and picked it up after I left. now hes calling my wifes phone and sending texts saying how he came up on something and I wont get it back. I called and spoke to who said he was the manager and he pretty much told me that his employees wouldnt steal .... come on how well do you really know your employees (unless your just covering for them). Im just saying watch your things here and dont lay anything down.

Its Jack-in-the-box. So, if you like their food and are in the area this is the place. The service here is consistently friendly and they usually get the orders correct. I like it a lot that the drive through servers always understand our order. We usually order without sauce, and occasionally lettuce wrapped. These has never been a problem with needing to repeat...repeat... until they get it. Always the first time. We stop here whenever were headed over the grapevine. The location is easily accessible from the 5 freeway, with ramps North or South nearby.

Arrived 5pm, Saturday. One car in the lot, fellow sleep in car. Entered, nobody at counter, nobody preparing food in back. Nobody in the place except me. Like a bad movie. After 5 minutes a guy in a dirty black uniform appears from the back, no english. Another guy appears, straighten s his hat, and looks at me like I interrupted his nap. Place was filthy, restroom worse. Broken urinals, w plastic bags over them. If you have a choice, (as there are several fast food places nearby) Avoid this place.

Theres only been a few times that Ive been at this particular store in the service is horrible, for presentation horrible, also you order certain food from the menu and they give you a total different thing than you order also the stuff is very rude and unprofessional .

guy that took my order not so nice.. and to top it off i get to work n drink out of my soda that was completely flat!!! Did not enjoy my lunch at all!!! I tried calling so other customers wont leave with a flat coke but no answer!

Ordered a grilled chicken combo and gotta say, it was amazing, fresh burger, fresh fries and Michael didnt give trouble for switching drink last minute. Great service by Michael and great food

Tried to order some food, lady that attended through the drive through was rude af. Dont go after 10 pm. Horrible experience. Dont eat here, eat at the other establishments in the plaza.
