No attempt to help people in the order they came in the door. Clearly, the person working there has friends and the get helped first regardless of who or how many people have been waiting. I wanted to like this place as I work nearby. However, after waiting 10 minutes to order and another 20 waiting for my order, and watching everyone that came in later get served (I wasnt the only customer subjected to this), I wont be back.

they close at 3:30p. If you come downstairs at 2pm and order a sandwich the lady making them starts slamming stuff on the counter with attitude. Unless you are someone they know then they are polite. Dont bother ordering espresso. She filled my cup with 95% milk and like no espresso the last 3 visits. I tip almost everytime and get good service 1/5 times. No more
