I go here with my kids and they always get my order wrong and its been 3 weeks on a row that i go for the Tuesday special and they always get it wrong i went in they gave me 2 small sides when i had paid for 2 large sides! then i went to the drive through becuase by the time i realized i was already in my car and then when leave drive through after they change my order they only gave me 1 side! Yes my fault i didnt check the window but they shouldnt have made the same mistake twice . so there i go with my broken leg and crutches rounding up my kids to get off to get the large sode i was still missing!! Dirve through was too long already im.just beyond frusterated i take my kids and i have a broken leg they always do this for 3 weeks strait have my order wrong and i keep saying people make mistales but its too much already. I cant even get started with last weeks story its just overall bad experience here i have never reviwed anyone but i had too!!

Water filter needs to be replaced. Water tastes awful. I was so hungry and thirsty I ask for a cup to get water before I my turn in line. I got water(no soda) it tasted awful. I let the manager knew. I started feeling seek after 3 minutes. Im a truck driver on my way to Dallas from Riverside CA. Is few hrs later I started feeling high body temperature few more hrs diarrhea. I only drove half way I was schedule. Today. 8/10/17. Next day after drinking water from Popeyes I still feel seek. I will make a report to the health department

I was impressed with the speed of drive through service last night. When I arrived to see cars lined up I thought to myself this is going to take a while. To my surprise the three young ladies that I could see from my car were doing an outstanding job of keeping it moving. The food was consistently good. Thank you.

Food is great! I just dont care for the neighborhood. I took my kids there and there were two guys literally sitting right in front of the store smoking out of a meth pipe! Broad daylight with no care in the world! I shouldnt have to have an early drug talk with my kids because I wanted to go and get them some food

Needed to use restroom immediately. Had to wait until the order taker finished a transaction before she could come from behind the counter to open the door.instead of just giving me the key immediately. Al.ost had an accident on myself. Not good. The food was good however.

Poor service. Was told id have to wait 7 mins for mac & cheese so i said no thanks. And it took 12 minutes to just get my order?.. Thought that was pretty lousy service. Hence its was 10pm hour before close time. Smh as i sit with 3 others in front waiting on our food.

I really wouldnt even give this place a one star. The order took 20 minutes even though tge food was already cooked, and when told, they rushed so fast they forgot one side, a whole entree, and the dipping sauces. Never will I go back to this Popeyes again.

Worse customer service. Do they expect you to eat with your fingers for your side orders. I have been coming here for last 3 yrs. They are very stingy. I will never come there again. Churches yes.
