the workers were very nice but I am very unsatisfied with the food..my coworker and myself both got similar items and the food is not good at all...the fried rice is waaayyyyy too mushy and has no flavor but water.. the chowmein however is extremely saucey and very salty.... and then comes the orange chicken, doesnt even taste like orange chicken, very weird texture...if anything I would guess maybe its Beijing beef?? but if it was, it doesnt even taste like it... i know for next time to go to panda.. and the price here..omg.. i spent 11 dollars on this damn meal..i never spend this much on food so i was expecting it to be atleast an 8 on a scale.. i rate this food about a 2..maybe a 2 1/2.....sooooo upset i spent this much and i cant even swallow it... never coming here again i should have spent this 11 in gas or go to mcdonalds and spend no more than 5 bux..

Today, 4/6/17, we went into this pick up stix because of my sons shop riverside discount. When we had ordered our two chicken entees, the waiter offered us four different choices for sides. White rice, brown rice, chow mein, or fried rice. Without mentioning the additional charge for chow mein or fried rice, we ordered both for the chicken entrees. Later, waiting for our food we noticed the additional 1.99 they charged for our chicken entrees. We went to the manager and he acted as if it was our fault for not noticing the additional 1.99 and that they did nothing wrong. I have never seen this outrageously rude customer service in my life. I was very disappointed and will most likely never go back. Please be aware when ordering with your shop riverside card.

Ok, I give up. I was so hoping that things would be better when the Riverside Plaza location got remodeled, but theyve had their last chance. My husband was in today and placed a to go order for the two of us. Mongolian beef for him, and Bourbon chicken with vegetables for me. Just a few hours after he ate his beef, he was doing the Porcelain Two-Step. I had saved mine to warm up for dinner (dont even TRY warming these up. Who makes Chinese food that you cant warm up?!?!?). My entree, which Ive eaten before, had such a dry unpleasant taste that I wonder if I will be his dance partner later. I swore before the remodel that Id given them their last chance to make tasty food, but now its back to Mr. China Express for me.

We came in on a pretty steady Monday afternoon, while it looked as if things could get really out out control quickly the management staff, a young man and young lady we didnt catch their names, made what could of been a disappointing lunch, a great experience... Ive been in the service industry for many years, and i will say it takes alot to impress me, and today i was impressed by the way the management staff worked...

This is a good location to both eat in at and to order take out from. The only problem as with the rest of the mall is the parking. If it is a busy weekend your are going to have a lot of trouble. We order take out here from time to time and they are always ready when we arrive and it is always correct.

Walked in a short while after opening. Was told it would be 20 minutes. Why open if your not ready to serve the food or to cook it?! Not the first time this has happened. Also got a frozen egg roll in the middle one time. WONT be coming back anymore. Dont trying with this place.

Totally love them, been a repeat customer for years. Faves are Chicken Pad Thai noodles and the House Tofu w/ Chow Mein~ They always have good customer service too. Wish they had one closer to Tyler Mall/Galleria but worth the drive downtown.

Really bad customer service told me no! For fried rice and chow mein with my combo even asked if I could pay extra and they still said no been going for years never had problems before. Not going again for 3/21/2017 around 5pm
