Not A Lie
This El Pollo Loco is my favorite place to grab a lunch or dinner. I usually get the Original Chicken Tostada and it is the best food I have ever tasted!!! It comes in a tortilla shell and the food inside are rice, pinto beans, a sort of lettuce blend, pico de gallo, chunks of chicken, sour cream, cilantro and cheese. Along with this, you get creamy cilantro dressing on the side. There is also a salad bar inside the restaurant with different types of sauces, so I usually add salsa roja, cilantro, and more pico de gallo to my bowl. The portion is also pretty good, so if Im hungry, I could finish it all, otherwise I just split it with whoever Im with. I absolutely recommend this place! Also, the atmosphere here is very peaceful, with good/calm music playing over the speakers. The employees are very nice, and everything here is always clean. Thank you for making amazing tostadas with fresh food that is also very healthy!

This location is horrible at customer service. We just went through the drive thru. Ordered the 3 course fam meal and they rang it up as the regular 8pc family meal so we didnt get our 3 courses when we got home and tonight our salad and churros missing I was pissed. Drove kind of far for this. So my BF called since he paid and all they said "we charged u for the regular 8pc family meal so it doesnt include the salad or churros". ITS THE SAME EFFIN PRICE. thanks MIKE

You know when you visit a chain in hopes that you receive the same meal, however, that wasnt the case this time. I ordered my favorite Double Chicken Avocado salad and a crunchy taco by the time I got home my taco was super soggy and my salad was just not up to par. Not Happy

Bring back the Mushroom chicken avocado Quesadilla please. I lowered 1 star because I have yet to see the Mushroom chicken avocado Quesadilla return and that was a favorite among a lot of people. I will give all 5 stars if you guys bring it back.

Food not well made. Salsa very blad. Pico de gallo not good tomatoes were bad. Salads lettuce old. It was my second time there. Not going back ever. Hope they learn how to prepare better quality food. Its not Mexican food.

Flavor is always great. Ive eating at this one many times. I got the wing lovers at 12:30 lunch and got chips with meal. It was a toss up which was crunchier the chips or the wings. Must have been on the grill way to long.

The chicken is fantastic, the sides could be better, but overall a nice place to get a quick meal. The employees were nice and very helpful. I would recommend, and will be going back to try other items on the menu.

Excellent food. I would rate it 5 star. This is one of the few fast foods that offer healthiest food. Much more healthy than the regular fast foods. The taste is awesome. I would recommend you to try it out.

I would like to trade three McDonalds and two Taco Bells in Folsom for one El Pollo Loco. Much prefer their chicken over the salt burgers and tacos. This location could use some upgrading, though.

Food was great. Had the under 500 calorie chicken avocado salad and it was delicious. It was a little busy but waited less than 5 minutes. Restaurant was very clean and staff was really nice.

I always get the double chicken bowl and its always filling! Cashiers are always nice and courteous and speed of food is awesome! Do get there no later than 12 20pm to avoid long line.
