Very slow and snobby. We walked in to the girl at the front saying "we will be right with you" while she continued unpacking cups. A line forms, my party of 3 (Wife, kid and myself), and two other groups of customers. The guy who was making the drinks finally came to take our order after about 5-7 mins of waiting without as much as an acknowledgement of the obvious delay. Like a robot "What do you want" he asked and we ordered against my better judgement and we paid. Got our items and drinks in about 2 mins. You can go wrong with a simple Coffee and a Green Tea Lemonade with no ice or sweetener, my son had a cookie and a boxed juice. But nooooo after the snooby barristers, slow and annoying wait times, unapologetic staff members, selective treatment of customers because the next in line got a very different treatment from these barristers, they were friendly knew each other, the next customer even asking how some "hair growth" was coming along with the Male barrister etc. Very sterile Starbucks, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming to anyone who doesnt know them personally, lives there or looks like them. After all that. My Green Tea Lemonade was sweet because it had the sweetner I specifically asked to be left out. So that made it into the trash as we walked away never to go there anymore. I am sadly disappointed that Starbucks allows such rubbish to go on in their stores or maybe thats Starbucks policy who knows but they have lost my business.

Your typical Starbucks experience. They are pretty quick here with both in-store and mobile orders. The drinks are made right 95% of the time. They almost always have the food items Ive ordered. Sometimes you will get a rude staff member, however, this could be anywhere. Staff do not remember names or faces, however, this could be due to the volume of customers in the store. There is limited seating and it can get very busy on the weekends.

My first visit to this Starbucks was less than favorable. When I got up to the register the girl was less than friendly. She took my order a Grande Mocha. When I finally received my drink it was in a tall cup. I went back to the register to rectify the problem but unfortunately the girl who took my order did not offer me a receipt! I ended up leaving very upset and will not be returning to this location again!

I would give 0 if I could. They never called us for our drinks. When we went to ask they had them behind the counter claiming they called(which they didnt). Drinks tasted like water. Went back to say something and got a rude response, but they still redid it. It was just as bad the second time. Rude baristas. Horrible drinks. Wasnt the first time either.

Terrible service cashier was very rude when i asked a simple question of what was more popular betseen two specials. Wont be back there again if i see him. Id rather avoid being humiliated and talked down too kinda ruined my day. The environment could be alot better. Jeff was what he said his name was

This is a BUSY Starbucks location. Be prepared to wait in line, one that can wrap inside the establishment and even push out the door. Being so close to the beach, this is a popular stop for both locals and tourists. Sitting outside of this location, youll have a nice view of the ocean!

Great friendly staff and centrally located. Pro tip: put a mobile order in on your phone and pick up without standing in line! They usually push the mobile orders to the front so it can save you time. Limited seating but hey, what do you expect at a downtown Starbucks?

Rude! Rude! Rude! Very unstarbucks-like. When I got to the counter, I was told the line goes the other way. "Oh never mind" he says. Then he was put out when I asked for a dollar in quarters. The food and atmosphere is like every other Starbucks, but what service!

Pretty crowded place. Bathroom and wifi available. Parking tight but available; you have to pay for parking though. Right next to the beach. You can actually view the beach while sipping the coffee inside.

Wrong order. I ordered a tall passion tea but got a regular ice tea instead. Also, I wanted a large cup of water but was told they only can give a tall, which is a small.

Great location but this Starbucks gets super busy. It has a good staff who hustle to get your order filled. Grab a drink and walk downhill to the pier or beach.
