By the amount of people and how busy this place was, I decided to try it. I adore BBQ and still looking for a good place in LBC. I was horrified by this. I got the combo platter. The brisket was leather, the coleslaw was brown, the Louisiana Hot Link tasted like a hot dog, so spice, no flavor. I also ordered a slice of cake, which they didnt put in my order, so I called and called, I was put on hold until I have up. They are sooooo willing to take your money, but a $5 refund was impossible. I would rather eat my dog food than ever go back again. Apparently people in Long Beach have no sense of what good bbq really is. If crap food is available, and there is nothing to compare it with, the people will eat it and love it. This place was standing room only. So if you have no taste, love bad food, this is the place for you.

Ive been here twice and both times I left unsatisfied. Over priced food/drinks and a bad ambiance. The corn was flavorless, mashed sweet potato was putrid, and the meat was tender but had bad flavor. The BBQ sauce is really sweet. Its like they took ketchup and loaded it up with brown sugar. It takes away from the flavor of the meat. The service was fast and friendly but I wont be back.

The first time I came here, I couldnt decide what to get on the menu. The problem is, the thing I chose (Boneless BBQ Chicken Breast) was so fantastic, its the only thing I get when I go there now. That said, the rest of the menu looks absolutely fantastic. The portions are extremely generous & look absolutely delicious all around. I absolutely love every single time I get to go here!

Have not been in a long time. Service was great, my steak was to rare for my usual liking, but very flavorful. Garlic mashed potatoes were garlic with some potatoes mixed in. Mac n Cheese was more buttery than cheesy. Corn on the cob was delicious. Onion brick was very good, not over done or under done and did not have the very greasy bottom.

Everything Ive had here is terrific! Even leftover and nuked, its NOM. Prices may be a little steep but you can attain bucket deals and even use coupons. The restaurant is pretty big so its good for groups. Takeout is also pretty convenient if youd prefer that, but dine in if you can and refill on carbs. ; )

Came in for a late lunch /early dinner. Ordered the potato skins and basket of sliders (6) and a side of baked beans. Was served corn bread while we were waiting. Had the chicken and pork. Both were very good. Split the meal and we were both very full for a reasonable price. Will come back again.

Baby back ribs and tritip are a regular favorite. Online ordering is convenient for pick up and if you want the most tender tritip I recommend you ask them not to cut it & cut it yourself at home to keep the moisture & heat in.

This place is not for black people. I was the only one of color dining and never felt comfortable. Upon entering I felt eyes and stares. My waitress was more attentive to other guests, but short and quickly with me.
