A car was sitting there when I already passed it And I got there And sat there for 21 minutes Before even getting to the window and the only thing that went out was to drains 8 minutes apart And then when I finally ordered my mocha It took another 10 minutes I was late for work! How ridiculous! I left for work 30 minutes early and that wasnt enough! The food and the drinks Are really really good But not Worth being late to work forThree cars behind me left And she didnt even seemTo careIt was absolutely infuriating Not every experience here is like that normally I get this really nice lady But young kids now they obviously do not need to be working by themselves because cool beans is losing a lot of business

I had the worst experience here today. Usually great. The girl was unsanitary got some other good hand prints all over the to go container, and watched her wipe her hands on her dirty pants. Took 20 minutes no exaggeration for a bagel and coffee at drive through. No napkin, one peice of turkey, untoasted bagel. Gross

Its a funky little place on the inside, and the people working there are always friendly. I dont drink coffee, so cant comment on that. My kids love to go there to get an ice cream cone occasionally. They have a decent selection of flavors at very reasonable prices.

This place is great! Drive-thru organic coffee. Super reasonable biscuits n gravy. Owner operated and they are awesome!
