I understand this place only recently opened so it is expected therell be some delay, especially during rush hour (hey, any good establishment during rush hour has waits of a half hour or more). I found the sandwiches to be fresh and very, very tasty. The bread is exceptional. I think whats key is that the food is more than good. I may choose to go there during times when I know theres not a rush (skipping the 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. crowd), but depending on how hungry I am in looking forward to one of the sandwiches, Ill just hang in there at any time trying to get one. Im happy this place is available to us. I strongly recommend it to those who enjoy a tasty sandwich.

Given this place about 8 tries or so, and theyre consistently inconsistent. Sometimes theyre great, sometimes you get a cold sandwich that was supposed to be hot. Sometimes youll find long hair in your food (employees dont have their hair covered!!!). Sometimes the creamy soups and clam chowder are thick, other times theyre water. When they do it right, they nail it. When they dont, they make sure you feel completely ripped off for how much you paid. Theyre just so freaking good when they nail it, that I keep coming back, even though its an absolute crap shoot on what you get.

Great food, but a little on the pricey side. Ordered a ham and pastrami sandwich and it was about 90% ham and only 10% pastrami, a nice 50/50 split would have been nicer. I will say that all of the ingredients on the sandwiches were high-quality, ham was especially tender. I did have a MAJOR surprise in my sandwich which wasnt good but they were very quick to remedy the situation as well as go above and beyond.

Garlic pesto turkey sandwhich is incredibly delicious. The sourdough bread was fresh and had a nice crackle to it when i bit into it. Great service i was undecided and the women behind the counter let me sample some of the meats to help with my decision. First time there and i loved it.

These sandwiches are awewsome! My husband and I work close by in the business park and we call in an order at least once a week. If you know what youre going to order, I suggest calling it in. The wait can be long as this is a popular place with locals. Great sandwiches!

It took us awhile to find it as its tucked away behind Target. The service was incredibly kind and helpful and speedy, the atmosphere in the outside sitting area is lovely like you are in a quaint vineyard. The food was good and very filling and competitively priced

Notoriously slow service; but, you cant get a better sandwich anywhere. Definitely worth the 20 minute wait every single time. Friendly staff, caring owners, phenomenal customer service, honestly the best sandwich shop in the area. Hands down.

Located close to Target in Town Center, this is my favorite sandwich place in El Dorado Hills. The fresh bread makes it worth the drive. Sandwiches are loaded with meat. I usually get the sandwich/salad combo. Very friendly service.

Love the sourdough bread bowls. They carry clam chowder every day as well as one additional soup that changes daily. They also have sandwiches, and all of the bread is baked in the morning and warmed in an oven just prior to serving.

Looks like a chain. Feels like a "mom and pop" kinda sandwich joint. Unbelievably friendly. Great bread. Service solid. Love it! Definite regular place for locals and a must have for people passing thru. Will stop here every trip.

My favorite order. #13 - Large - no house spread. Add Cucumber, Avocado, Bacon, Pickles, and all the regular veggies. Get a side of a drink and chips and you should be good to go
