Ive had an outstanding experience this evening at the Gurnee MOD Pizza as this location staffs an admirable crew whos customer service skills are top notch. Of note is that today October 18th of 2016 we are observing what the sacred Native American Indian legends nick name the "Hunters Moon or Archers Moon." And my dad the first of the trinity of Richards in our Kretzschmar family genealogy is the sign of the archer ♐. So I took it upon myself to suit up for MOD Pizzas Halloween Costume contest. Using a red full body Japanese Zentai suit, a Harbor Freight single beam headlamp, and some nanobots from Radio Shack I went as the Hunt Club Road ~

I love the theory of this fast casual pizza joint but thats kind of where the love affair ends. Always crowded missing the mark on fast this establishment is tempting because of the tasty pizza offerings as well as they serve a nice little selection of craft beer and wine. The decor is totally right now with its industrial touches. Give it a whirl for sure and make up your own mind. Just dont go when your in a hurry.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I work right down the street and dont get that long of a lunch break. The staff is very warm and inviting. You cant help but smile when you walk in the door. Not to mention the great quality of the ingredients they offer. The price is reasonable and I always leaving feeling satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone!

First time coming here, great service at first until i came across to paying for my meal. The big guy working on the cashier threw the pen for me to sign the receipt after paying with my debit card, acting careless about his job or even I, as a customer including the way he spoke to me.

Great service and yummy pizza. So many toppings to choose from. I was amazed how big and cool the place was. Fresh ingredients and they even have sauces you can add after cooking. Once again the service was wonderful, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Essentially Chipotle for pizza. Very crowded, but still got our food reasonably quick. Pizza was a bit burnt but not to the point that It affected the flavor. Pizza was pretty good! Would definetly go again. Do not recommend BBQ sauce.

My kids always just want plain cheese. We can come to MOD and everyone gets what they want. The gluten-free crust is good. The staff are always kind, friendly and patient even when the line is out the door.

Good service. Absolutely awesome selection of toppings (no anchovies, though) as well as a few different sauce selections. If you ask, theyll cook it longer and it will be nice and crispy to the center.

Great pizza. You pick the toppings as you go down the line. Or pick a predetermined one from the list on the board. It was so good! Staff was very friendly. They have tap beer and milkshakes as well.
