This place is disgusting. The floors look like theyve never been swept and theres food in the corners of all the tables, the pans they serve the pizza in are covered in baked on old pizza that scrapes off easily, the dishes the pans are put in are covered with a thick greasy sludge. The employees are unkempt, in need of bathing and rowdy, and the place is run by teenagers. I watched an employee come in from the outside, walk directly behind the counter, get a soda, and he started eating food off of the hot plates, behind the desk. The staff is completely irresponsible, and the building is in need to serious cleaning. I will never go there again for fear of food poisoning.

Im a bus driver got 4 minutes to use restroom and what ever, talk to lady sweeping floor, oh nip problem have them made up right there, go to counter tel lady there what i want lady down a five, go to rest room, come back five stool laying there ask another lady do you know how long it would take for Monday special? Well what do you want Monday special, honny what do you want, puck up my five and leave saying just nothing, Im standing at your counter what you think I want chicken?

Terrible service. Very rude, and I heard them whispering talking about the customers dining In. I didnt catch any of their names but one girl was short and blonde and had too much makeup on was either high on something or plain stupid. The other girl just stood there and stared at u while u ordered your food. Its too bad because until they get a good staff Im not coming back there and will be sure to let people know how terrible it is.

This location is a disappointment. Counter people are nice. Salad bar gross! Had spoiled pineapple as an option and rotten lettuce. Husband and his family rave about the pizza here and my first time at this location was a HUGE disappointment! Suggest finding a different one to visit for your first time.

Great Pizza, Good Deal with Coupon offers and Specials. Great management, very nice good looking and friendly gals (luv the tall one) :> Place seems clean, pizza is good and hot, keep coming back. Love the sausage and roni, sometimes dine-in or take out. Only eat the Pizza and breadsticks.

This Rocky Rococo restaurant is for me, great. Ive eaten at different restaurants and they arent all the same. But with Rocky Rococo, from age 10 to present ( 42 yrs old now ), quality and taste havent changed. If youre a Rockys fan like me, this place will keep your heart smiling warmly.

Go to a different rockys. They cut corners by not putting sauce on the pizzas. I have given them MANY chances and I will never go back to this store again. If you like cheese on crust, then you will like this location.

Only reason for this is that they are open til ten, but you can not get a pizza after 9:30. I believe that is horrible customer service. If you are open til ten then you should sell pizzas til ten.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I ordered at 6:20!!! It is now almost 8!!! I called 4 times. the first time "He just left with the pizza" the 2-4 times, "He hasnt left yet"/ WHAT THE HE*L!!!!!

Our Church regularly gets 4-8 pizzas from them at a time and as long as you order an hour in advance they always have them ready. Good attitude and good service.
