food is great but the service is terrible. The only reason I go there is because I love sushi and there is no where else to go but if there was, I would go somewhere else asap. Ive called in to order food for pick up and no more than twenty minutes later the woman called me to see if i was still coming because she wanted to go home. It was 930 and they close at 10. Are you kidding me. Ive called several other times to order food to go and they just dont answer the phone and I have gone somewhere else to eat and they were defiantly open. That is losing customers and I dont understand why they dont answer their phone. They act like the customers should serve them instead of the other way around. Maybe it is the culture, I dont know. There are other examples but I will stop there. They really need to step up their service if they are going to stay in business.

Service was absolutely horrible. Sat at the hibachi for about an hour waiting for the chef to come out. We got our soup and salad pretty quickly then sat for over half hour with nothing. Manager was walking around but was clueless. Would think you could see people sitting there waiting for food for that long. After 45 minutes of waiting they finally said there was a mixup in the kitchen. Fifteen minutes later the chef came out. Two tables that came in well after us finished eating and were gone by the time we got food. Took 2 hours to eat. Will not be going back. Save your time and go somewhere else.

My all-time favorite restaurant for sushi, and all things related. Masterful chefs, friendly waitresses, super nice owners. My friends and I are always made welcome, and enjoy the company of our servers. The rolls are excellent, the fish fresh, the scallops come in alive, and it doesnt get fresher than THAT! I always eat too much, but cannot seem to help myself when everything is so delicious. I recommend this place to all of my friends and anyone that enjoys treating their taste buds to a culinary treat. Also, the presentation is lovely.

Environment inside was very nice. I went for the lunch special sushi which is all you can eat for only $9.95. The staff was nice, but could have been a little more attentive. The hot green tea I ordered was served to me ice cold. Ive eaten sushi many times, but these rolls were not very good. They were very loosely rolled, very small, and the taste was a little off, but for 10 bucks, you cannot expect a whole lot.

I ate lunch at Ninas last week and it was an awful experience. Things were going okay until the waiter spilled HOT SOUP all over my legs and waist. All he did was grab more napkins and say sorry. He didnt offer me a free desert or a reduced meal. I just sat with a wet crotch the rest of the time shivering from being cold and wet... it was so embarrassing and rude. Im never going to go there again.

Love coming here, staff is the best and they are very attentive, I enjoy the atmosphere. Also proposed to my now wife here. Its a very special place for us. The food and drinks are the best. I never liked sushi until I tried it here. When we have to move my wife and I agree this is the place we will miss the most.

Was pleasantly surprised at this place. Just got back from an amazing lunch with a college of mine and we both enjoyed the sushi and sushimi. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and well prepped. Presentation was great as well. A great find for Sushi in Washington County.

Good food and friendly staff. I went to the hibachi grill section and it was a lot of fun watching the chef work. He was very good and pretty funny. If you want the full experience, go with a large group and only adults, youll have a fun time.

Very clean. I have only eaten at the Hibachi part, but that food is soooo good! I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, fun and extremely efficient now!! Its a great place for all ages and large groups!!!
