The food is absolutely FANTASTIC, the employees are even BETTER. Russel is just being a jerk, hes mad that he got kicked out of his parking spot on the 4th of July weekend. Who brings Taco Bell food to another restaurant and eats in their parking lot? Russel literally gave a Super 8 motel and a Family Video a 5 star rating...Just because you work at McDonalds Russ, doesnt mean they have better service.

Went here on the 3rd of July. We parked and we were finishing our food from taco bell so that we could get drinks at the bar. Then this lady comes and yells at us that we werent allowed to park there after the guy that was directing said we could. She had the bartender come out and he was even ruder than the first chick. You get better hospitality from McDonalds.

Went on a Friday night with 3 kids. Arrived at 7pm and ordered right away. We did not get our food until 820pm. The chippers and the onion rings were overly salty. When we got our meals we needed to add salt. The waitress was nice, but not very attentive. They needed another waitress. We eat here often and usually it is great. Very poor tonight all around.

The BEST burger in Shawano County and for 60 miles around. You gotta try The Duke Burger. They have to make the bun themselves to take care of this monster. I have seen couples split this and families often order it. Excellent fish fry! Soups are great and the dailiy lunch specials are hearty and well priced.

Great Food. Good friendly staff. Quick service. My favorite place to eat. Their special are just that, very good, and bring a good appetite with you, servings are enough for 2 people and so delicious. Go early, because the evenings get very busy. Just love this place and the owners too.

Their hamburgers are my gold standard; all other burgers are compared to Launching Pad. Draft beer in a frosted mug and a burger with raw onion. My favorite.
