Ordered online for a later pick-up time. My pizza wasnt started and had been forgotten about when I got there. Some apologies were given but nothing more in compensation for the fact that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes and was late for a meeting. The cashier also gave me $3 dollars in change when it should have been $9. When I questioned her, she apologized right away...almost as if she knew she made the mistake. Food is good so Ill probably still go back. Ill just place my order about 30 minutes before I plan to pick it up rather than earlier with a planned pick-up time and I will ALWAYS count my change there.

We honestly prefer the one in West Ave La Crosse it is quicker and the staff are not so unprofessional. We have not gone here in years because the last time we did it took them like 25 minutes to make a basic pizza and the staff were throwing things around and flirting with each other super unprofessional and inappropriate to do in front of customers who can blatantly see you! Yeah will never go back there again.

Pizza was OK, definitely not my favorite. Particularly because of the crust, I like mine to have a bit more of a crunch. We ordered in the store and it was ready in 15 minutes.
