I went for Sunday breakfast10:12am.Place was empty, just a guy having his coffee.One other couple in front of me,waiting for there order. I ordered a simple bacon egg croissant and waited nearly 25 mins for it.After seeing people behind me Now Eating , I went back to the counter to ask for it.She said " didnt i give you it?"hmm NO!..She gave me a Sausage sandwich instead and gave the customer 2 orders Behind me mine. The woman came back to the counter with it. She didnt give the guy waiting several mins his breakfast,nor his coffee. Some other man came back in after leaving with his order all wrong. That was one Disappointing sandwich.What ticked me off is she didnt make it right. She just said sorry and took the next order. I think they should call out the breakfasts like Mc Donalds. Rude and in a Hurry she was! The Kitchen was all messed up because of her!!

Thought Id give it another chance cause I was hungry for breakfast and there isnt any other fast food places on my way to work once I get off the interstate. Wasnt a big fan from the beginning cause the food is always so so, but my breakfast sandwich was terrible this time. The biscuit was extremely dry and hard, it cracked and crumbled when I bit into it. The sandwich was for sure not fresh. I seemed to be the only customer around so Im assuming they just gave me what was sitting in the window after the breakfast rush..if they even had one. I stopped eating the sandwich and just had the hash browns and OJ for breakfast. The meal wasnt worth the 5.85 I paid for it, probably wont be going back again.

Life is a Thriller
I was at Burger King for a snack break today and I was completely dissatisfied with the customer friendliness by the manager whose name was Luis. He was rude and showed anger to the customers as well as his team members. I will NOT recommend this BK to a friend. BK management should ask Luis to behave gently with customers and politely with his fellow team members. This character of him will leave a bad impression in customers coming in about BK. I have not seen such a terrible manager in my life.

I went through the drive through and ordered a meal and an additional burger from the value menu. My total was $9.30. I paid with a credit card, got my food and left. I noticed later that I was charged $21.70!! More than double my total. I filed a complaint through their website and requested the owner or manager call me immediately and have still not heard from anyone regarding them overcharging me. It has been over a week. Beware!

We just went and ordered 2 whopper jrs with cheese, and a chicken fry meal. The only thing they got right was our coke. The whoppers jrs were missing cheese and katchup, the chicken fries were like rubber and everything was cold. Carlos was helpful thats the only reason they earned the second star. Find another burger king to go!

I cant believe it I order chicken nuggets and fries, they ask me do you want Sauce for the nuggets in the drive thru? I said Yes Bbq. Got my food , back too work, and NO BBQ sauce at all- they threw in Ketchup? My question. How hard is this? 1 order? Anyways without sauce I threw them away, Thanks Burger King!

Girl at the counter took my order and walked away and sat by the drive thru on her phone. And when my food was done a girl from the back had to tell her I was up twice then she finished a text and gave me my food. Worst of all it was a manager named Stephanie. Whopper was good though lol.

The food at location can be so hit or miss, often tenders or fries lacking freshness. Staff is decent enough and friendly, clean location, and usually quick service. Its Burger King, nothing new.

They will not get your order right the first time. Dont leave until you check everything. Paid $7 for a double bacon Whopper. Got a thin burger with nothing but an inch of mayonnaise.
