The manager here should be fired. My sandwich was cold with the biggest heal of lettuce ever (had to be joke, no one can be that sad or stupid). When I brought my cold sadly made burger up he seemed like he could car less and would be much happier up on a bar stool somewhere far from his responsibilities. Gave me my money back without even an apology. Worst fast-food experience ever. I feel sorry for the owner if hes is more caring then his staff. Wish I could give zero stars and wish I had saved my receipt for a proper follow up. Everyone has a bad day but this was just crazy sad. :(

This Burger King in buffalo grove is very much nasty its very dirty here, as in the trays have grease on them, the soda machine has many dirty fingerprints on the if you come here bring your self some disinfecting wipes and a lot of hand sanitizer! Im disgusted

Convenient location. Open 24 hours. Nice cashier. But, my food was cold. I was too hungry to ask for new food but that was def disappointing. I like that they have a freestyle machine.

Drive through is open 24 hours! Many nights when I come through the lady recognizes my voice in the speaker and even remembers my order! Never a bad experience.
