Do not shop here if you are disabled! They will not accommodate you unless you have a normal disability and solution. I am a disabled person, with documentation filed with the ADA regarding my disability, and my doctor-prescribed solution, with is to refrain from wearing footwear. Ive shopped in this Festival many dozens of times over the last three years, without incident. Today, a trio of managers decided to take it upon themselves to discriminate against me, to eject me from the store, declaring me to be trespassing, and to threaten to call the police. This was inexcusably poor customer service, and I cannot recommend ever shopping here again. There are many non-discriminatory competitors in town. Use one of those instead.

A huge shout out to Festival Foods catering. You catered food for my wife and my wedding on 08/06/2016. Everything we ordered was spot on, and tasted delicious! The person that helped set up the order was very knowledgeable, and helped us order the right amount of food. We had very little left over after the reception, and finished the rest the next day.....still delicious. The cost of everything was very good too! I will recommend Festival Food Catering to any of my family or friends. You will not be disappointed!

When I saw the new shopping carts I thought oh no, high prices. I was right. Very few sales in the store. Spoke with a few other shoppers who said the same. Ive always enjoyed shopping at festival, and will continue to go there for a few specialty items, but not for my entire grocery list. I will say however, that the staff continues to be polite and helpful and the store is clean.

Clean, well lit store. The prices are competitive. The selection is wonderful. I liked that at the end of each aisle there is a laminated listing of where to find what you are looking for clipped to a rack for faster shopping (and to benefit those not yet familiar with the store). The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. Its a big plus that its open 24 hours a day.

Love this store! The quality is high and the prices are reasonable. I especially like to come here for seafood and natural foods. However, the best feature in this store is customer service. If you want to know how to run a business, this is the place to study. It is clear that friendly, helpful and professional service is a priority.

Great place to shop for those with kids. Festival has a play area for your kids so you can get your shopping done. And as you are shopping you can watch your kids play on monitors throughout the store. Easyou shopping for you and fun for the kids.

They have a great selection of everything. The quality of the produce can vary depending on what day you go. The meat selection is good but you need to be selective about what you grab. Overall its a great one stop grocery store.

Best grocery store on Eau Claire. The selection of fresh produce is quite large. My favorite thing about this grocery store is how clean it is! I drive a few minutes out of my way to shop here instead of Gordys or Walmart.

Whenever I shop here the customer service is amazing. The kids love the tot spot! Prices are decent and they have good coupons too. If they dont have what you want, just request the item and they will try to stock it!

A great grocery. Wide aisles, great natural foods section. Liquor store, salad bar, soups, hot foods bar by the pound. Excellent seafood counter. Would have given 5 stars but no USA shrimp but one tiny bag.
