(06/15/2014) Just a gentle reminder that customers with questions that are treated as if they are a bother is not a good idea if you want to remain in business. I have had two bad experiences with rude responses to questions I have had; and I am afraid that one more is all it going to take to send me elsewhere to eat! I am removing two stars from my original review based on this treatment! We had our family Christmas dinner there today, (12/28/2013), and the food and service was excellent. We eat there often and when we order out, we always order from The Main Street Grill! We thank them for their hospitality! Doug and Sandy Sentz and family.

My lady & I have dined there several times. Some were good experiences, some not so good. I got raw or half- cooked chicken there twice . The last time the attitude of the waitress & one of the co-owners was anything but professional . Its nothing more than a fast food joint. Their food is precooked & they still get it wrong. I had a takeout pizza. When I got it home it tasted like I was eating cardboard & it was a supreme ! My lady ordered Ice cream ,She was supposed to have gotten 2 scoops but only got 1 when told of it she (the waitress) threw her head back & we could sense her bad attitude . All in all it was a bad day on Main Street.

Been there 4 times, of the four times 4 times were not very good. One time I had a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich with my wife, mine was given to me and it looked like it had been dropped on the floor stepped on, picked up and put back together again. This last time we had Steak Subs, thought I was eating cardboard no taste, the meat was grizzly, yall need to do better much better. Nice place but the food is not.

The food was great, it had a cozy atmosphere, and was very " kid friendly " a place you could afford to eat just the 2 of you or family. Also the icecream " Bar" was one I hadnt seen before.. (I admit I had a snow cone ) the staff was great, and though I loved all Iv tried , I must say Im partial to the stromboli" yum!

Im origanally from Annapolis, Md. We are very fond on crabs. The best place to get crab dip is right here in Romney, WV 3.5 hours away from the bay. On top of that, the milkshakes are on top of the world, and there food is outstanding. When my relatives visit i will bring them here. Main Street Grill, get the crab dip.

Our families first time here while visiting our families home and for Apple Blossom festival. Burgers are outstanding, best burgers around !!! 17 of us stopped for a break from riding and saw the grill, decided to have breakfast there. Service was a little slow but we under stood that might happen. Food was excellent and staff was friendly, they even comped the coffee for our wait.

Always have had a good meal here and it is very well kept and managed. Only thing I see is the menu prices dont always match what our receipt says. Not off by much just enough to notice. Other than that great food and friendly staff.
