I was heartbroken after throwing a party and ordering catering platters from them because they only had meat and cheese because one of the employees didnt read the paper right. I went back this morning to speak to the manager and he told me "I dont want you to stop coming here", and gave me three certificates for the platters so they are on them next time. Im glad they were able to do that for me after what happened.

First time in. Was served by the guy with the colored tattoos, super nice guy! He explained the deal of the day and made a good sandwich. Excellent customer service. Good food. The pop machine seemed a little off flavors but Im sure its fixable

Terrible store on 40th& Summitview probably the Manger. He refuses to go to the back to get new spinach or bake bread if its the end of his shift. I will drive out of the way if I have to. This service is unacceptable.

Really hit or miss which person used working, couple of them really just dont care about customer service. Also, the last hour or more they are open they are shutting down, so are out of stuff often...
