I cant tell you much about the food or decor, but I refuse to give them the benefit of the doubt after dealing with their service. After using the online ordering feature on their website and receiving an email that gave me confirmation on an expected DELIVERY time, I proceeded to wait AN HOUR for my food. I wouldnt have let it go that long had I not been otherwise distracted. Regardless, AN HOUR later, I did NOT get a knock or ring at my door with my food. I got a very snippy phone call from a male employee of the restaurant wondering why I had not been in to pick up my order. I explained that I had ordered for delivery, had been required to put in my address to select a delivery location and received an email of confirmation for my delivery. He stated he had no idea why it had put it in as a delivery order. This is fine. I can deal with technological difficulties and understand that sometimes computers dont necessarily work nicely with humans. However, the employee then asked to confirm my address, stated that my address is waaay out of their delivery area. I then asked why the online program would have accepted my address? He said he didnt know and then asked, "Well what do you want us to do?" in a very short tone. I asked if they were still willing to deliver being as I could not come pick it up, and after going back and forth about it to himself on the phone with me, he said yes, theyd still deliver it. I then asked if it would be cold and his reply was, "Well, it came out of the oven twenty minutes ago," at which point I promptly cut him off to save him the effort of talking any longer and decided to cancel my order (which took two complete phone calls to accomplish). The experience was enough to stop me from trying them again in the future. But I guess there are plenty of pizza places in Vancouver.

Worst service possible!!!...Recently called to place a delivery order..Placed the order for delivery was told thirty min..waited over a hour finally called to check on order..was told it didnt look like it was there so it Probably went out already..Waited twenty more minutes called back..was told by a employee that It went out and that I probably hadnt answered my door!!..I asked to speak to a manager hoping to get a resalution...As I was speaking to him he tells me My order was put in as a pick up. The manager was very rude!..Blamed it on me and told me it would be a extra charge to deliver it!..After two hours of waiting and calling them speaking to a staff twice who didnt know a damn thing u want me to pay for their mistake!!..I ended up cancelling the order!..Definetly letting all family and friends not to go here!!

We waited over an hour and a half for mediocre, overpriced pizza. When my husband finally called to ask where our delivery was, he spent about 10 minutes on hold. He was finally forced to hang up and call again. Again, he waited 10 more minutes while the chick on the other line did nothing then came back asking if he wanted to place an order. This was after he had already told her he just wanted the status of our order. So he had to tell her again why he called. Poorly-staffed for sure. She then made up some get-out-of-the-call-quick lie and stated our order was "on its way." We live 8 minutes away and waited another 20 minutes for our pizza. The guy did not apologize and it was way too expensive! Seems like Bellagios did not care for our order or our future business. Be smart and spend your money elsewhere.

Not many pizza places I can eat at in Vancouver due to all the additives. These guys dont load up the toppings with nitrates and nitrates on top of the regular dose of msg nobody seems to notice is a problem. Sounds like there are definitely some problems with delivery but Ive never had it delivered. I live too far away. On another note. ...I tried twilight pizza the last 2 times. Very doughy undercooked pizza. Got the second time free because of the undercooked problem. Told then 3 times when ordering to cook it longer. ....it was even worse the second time! Btw...even more money than bellagio....so Im pretty happy with bellagio!

Doesnt even deserve a star at all! BEWARRREEE! I just ordered a BUTCHER XL Pizza, and it was the WORST PIZZA weve ever had. It only had black olives, and pineapple which was supposed to be an extra which was an extra charge. There was no meat at all as stated on their menu. DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE EVER. BEWARE, as soon as you see BELLAGIO PIZZA, run away fast as you can, even the lowest class of pizza would be better than this. YUCCCCKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!

the lady that cooked my food was covered in sweat from head to toe and was extremely unattractive. when she cooked my calzone, i had to take it back twice because the inside was dead cold. I lost my appetite instantly walking in the door, but i toughed it out and tried it out. and I probably will never refer anyone here or ever go back again. Dominoes for life!

While their pizza is delicious, it is expensive and their service is horrendous. After waiting over an hour for my pizza, I called and was told that it would be an additional hour on top of what they originally told me. In the same night, I almost ran into a bellagios car that was driving recklessly. If youre not desperate for good pizza, find another place.

I have been going to Bellagios and have ordered their delivery for over 6 years. We have never had a single problem. The pizza is well-made, delicious, the crust is awesome, and the toppings are qreat and plenty. Its strange to read some of the poor reviews after very frequently having excellent results. We always get Bellagios! Yummmmm

You would figure this place would try to accommodating by just substituting one topping on their daily special. There are way too many other pizzerias in town like Leonardos and NYC pizzeria to be like that. One topping caused them to lose a customer forever. So much for the customer comes first.

Quoted 75 minutes for delivery...(which is a long time in itself) ... 2 hours later still waiting. Called in and they said it was out for delivery with no apology or reasonable customer service. Not buying again. Dont give them your money (their overpriced anyhow).

My favorite pizza place ever. So good! The place is clean, and has very friendly staff. I believe they also have vegan options as well, if I remember correctly.

Fast delivery, hired retired army guy, delish pepperoni pizza. Crust is great, a bit chewy . Sauce is sweet and good.
