I go here frequently. Im moderately ashamed to admit that. The food is always great. 5/5 stars for that. The 3/5 above is for two reasons: 1) I love Five Guys. When I learned they have an app that lets you order ahead so your food is ready when you get there, I was really excited. I tried it out and ordered my food at home before I left. It said my food would be ready in ~15 minutes, which is just about exactly how long it takes to drive there. I headed on my way. I got there and had a seat near where they call for orders to be ready. I waited 10 minutes. Nothing. I walked up to the counter and asked if there was an order ready for my number. They said no. I waited another 10 minutes. Already, this was taking approximately 19 minutes longer than I had expected. :( I asked again about my order, and they looked at me confused. I explained I had been waiting for my internet order I had placed over 30 minutes ago. They then reached for a bag of food that was tucked under the counter and looked at the receipt. "Is this yours?" It did indeed match my receipt. "Oh, we still need to make your fries." I watched them make my fries, and then realized that my food had indeed been finished before I arrived, and sat there getting cold and soggy under the counter while I waited and watched for them to make my delicious burger. It was a very sad time for me. I swore off Five Guys for at least 2 months because of this incident. It hurt my bacon covered soul. I have since recovered and the draw of delicious beef, cheese, and bacon covered with endless toppings has caused me to rescind my moratorium and resume delicious indulgence. I no longer use the app for this reason and just wait the 10 minutes it takes to make my order in the restaurant. 2) The prices seem like they are constantly increasing. Overall, I cant complain that much. They make a tasty burger.

I recently traveled for work to Seattle and stopped by this location before one of my work sessions. We left the restaurant to drive to another location near the area for work and didnt realize I left my purse with a recent client payment and our credit and debit cards. I didnt even realize until after work was done and we were getting ready to drive to California. I asked my husband if he had seen my purse and he mentioned he didnt, we looked for it and it wasnt in the car. It was around 12am and thought, there is no way five guys will be open. But I called and thank God I did. A very nice gentlemen answered and mentioned they would be open late, so we drove to the location... My purse was there with not a penny missing. Someone found it and the employees took it to the back office. Of course the food was great, we love five guys! BUT honestly I was overwhelmed with gratitude as we honestly thought we would not see the purse again. The gentlemen (MARK BROWN) was kind enough to hold it for us while we arrived and honestly we do not know who took the purse to the employees or if it was an employee that found it. But THANK YOU for being kind people, for being honest and genuine. This will be our location to always stop by when in Tukwila. God bless your business and each of your employees and managers. MY LITTLE FAMILY AND I thank you all for your kindness and honesty.

Decided to eat here because it was late and really one of the few places open till 10p. Staff was very friendly and Welcoming despite the closing of their shift. Shoot me, but I had a hot dog cuz I just wasnt feeling another burger. They fry their dogs which was okay but I guess I was expecting something similar in size to Costco hot dogs. I ordered a shake which turned out to be a disaster. It had the consistency of milk. I honestly thought it was straight up milk. It could have been revived with more flavoring and ice cream to thicken it up. I really have no complaints about the staff or the very clean restaurant.

For a very basic tasting fires and burger, this place is pretty pricey. I ordered a little cheeseburger with everything, a little fries, and a small drink and paid over $10! The burger with "everything," came with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup and mustard. You can add additional topping for free like A1 sauce, relish, hot sauce, etc... Im not impressed with the burger patty itself and the fries. The have friendly staff and it seems to be a clean restaurant. Because of the price and taste, Id probably not come back to a Five Guys.

If I could I would give it a 5 star. I Think five guys is awesome for a high-end burger joint. I have been to a lot of five guys and they are usually always cleaner then this one. They need to work on their cleanliness as hard as they work on their burgers. I love the Cajun fries and the quantity of them when I order a large. Ive been to some five guys where I would give them five stars. But this one needs to work on the peanut shells all over the floors and cleaning the tables a lot faster. Food wise it is awesome! Super delicious. But isnt cleanliness close to godliness?

This particular Five Guys is clean and well-run. The wait usually isnt too bad given the food is made to order. I am giving it 3 stars because of the pricing. For a quick bite type of place, the prices are too high. A mini-bacon burger, large fries and soda came out to $16.50! It would have been $20 with a standard size bacon burger. For that price point, there are a ton of other places to visit and get a better experience. Additionally, the last time I visited it was about 63 degrees inside. Brr. I didnt even take my jacket off.

Still waiting for the call from management after a bad experience 3 weeks ago with under cooked meat, soggy fries, wrong size cup, and explain why they used hot sauce when I did not request it. Im very disappointed as this location was on my list of goto restaurant in the Tukwila area, now where will I go for a great burger and fries?

It is hard to go wrong with Five Guys, where you can reliably get affordable tasty food anywhere in the country that you can find one. The staff have kept on top of serving us every time our crew has gone there for our lunch break, and the food has measured up to what Ive come to expect of Five Guys every time.

I was able to get to the register right away to order my food and the person at the register was very patient with me which was nice. The wait wasnt that long and I was able to get my food in a timely manner based on other orders the workers had to make. It was nice.

I love Five Guys, but this one was really disappointing. They doubled my mothers meal, forgot all the condiments on my burger, and then totally didnt make my girlfriends burger! They seem absent-minded, but the food we did get was delicious, at least?
