noooooooo stars!!!! but had to put one to publish... well they were timely but the bite of overly priced small salad i ate tasted like DIRT like the veggies were not cleaned or handled incorrectly mounded by onions ugh dont buy it... i also ordered the "fresh chicken fettuccine" .... its not. its watered down frozen pre made crap.... noodles arent even fresh AND THEY FORGOT THE CHICKEN -_- all in all i paid 20 dollars for something i truly regret buying. id rather have walked 15 blocks to the jack in the box.... but what to do now hm? never order from here again. and i advise if you like to enjoy your food look elsewhere but if you have no tastebuds no standards and no clue - go for it D: i was soooo disappointed considering these are two of my fav things to eat!!! i am telling you to NOT buy!! also defeats the purpose of being able to eat at a later hour :( shouldve read the reviews sooner!! -someone found a nail clipping?! GROSS!! i called them and spent 15 minutes on the phone explaining to them the food is awful and i dont want it and he kept trying to tell me to wait until tomorrow and that they are ready to close (mind you it was before 12:30am when i called) and i said that that wouldnt work because i am hungry now and need my money back so i can find somewhere else to eat. after explaining it six different times and talking to three different people i was told they will be here in 20/30 minutes and to give the food back and they will give me my money back no problem.... waiting now.... they did come... looked/inspected the food they tried to serve ME and then i had to literally shut the door on him as he tried to push the food back onto me and shove it thru the door! HORRIBLE BUSINESS! DO NOTTT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called to order a chicken bacon ranch. Told her I wanted a chicken bacon ranch and the lady says "ok itll be there in an hour". I told her she never asked what size I wanted, and that I still wanted additional toppings and items. She said "oh, well i already charged it....." like, within 5 seconds of me saying what kind of pizza I wanted. She said she would refund the money instantly. A day goes by and I still havent gotten a refund, so I call and ask them why. After being treated like I was trying to rip them off, or I was lying- FOR THEIR MISTAKE- he claims I had never been charged to begin with. My bank account shows I was charged twice- for one pizza- so I dont know how that could be. I was told I was refunded, but they never refunded me. All after treating me like some sort of criminal because theyre too incompetent to ring up a pizza...... Long story short- I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because A pizza mart would not refund the money t me that they shouldnt have charged to begin with. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN. IF YOU VALUE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, AND THE ACCURACY OF WHAT YOURE PAYING FOR- DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

What use to be the best pizza in town has in the last 4 months declined dramatically. I do not know what or who has taken this over or if the owners simply do not care about the food they serve...but it is soggy doughed and lacking any care to the food they deliver. I ordered it was bad, called to complain and he yelled at me saying I did not know what I was talking about.. Our usual order roughly 35-60.00$ ..thinking maybe it was an off day for whomever cooked the previous time we decided to try it again...Once again horrible deffinately not the old pizza mart I knew and loved... do yourself a favor if you want pizza late night buy a frozen one and cook that... it is way better than what they are passing off as food these days. Very sad this use to be my favorite pizza place in kent. :-(

We have ordered from a lot of times. The pros: they deliver late night, they have a variety of menu options not just the standard pizza joint menu options and most of it is pretty good. Im not a huge fan of the pizza crust but mostly everything else is good. They could probably cook their fries longer but the fact they have fries is cool. Cons: they typically forget something out of our order. They will offer to drive back to the store and bring the item back to you or give you credit for the next time you order something from there but its still annoying because they wouldnt be back for a half hour and are we suppose to wait until they come back to eat our meal or just save the forgotten item for later? Its annoying. Overall, theyre good.

If i could rate less than one star i would. ordered Jan. 9 online, pizza was delivered when they said it would be however, there were onions on the pizza (which i dont like and wouldve specified NO ONIONS had i known it came with them....the online menu didnt list them as a topping). i called the shop and was told they are making them the way they used to and havent updated their menu online (which still isnt upated). ordered at about 1 a.m. (Feb. 5, 2016) and was told it would be 45 minutes. I called the store at about 0210 cause i still hadnt received my pizza. It was finally delivered at about 0225!!!! no apology or anything!!! thats the last time ill order from them. the pizzas great....the customer service sucks!!!!

Delivery time was an hour and 10 mins. Seemed like they pushed the time as far as the driver possibly could. Didnt even walk up to my door. He called me from outside. Then asked for a tip and when I told to write a few dollars in for a tip he got mad and started yelling at me. Pizza was alright, not enough sauce and would like if the cheese and crust had more flavor. A 20 dollar minimum with a 6 dollar delivery fee. This is a 30$ for a pizza and breadsticks that taste like it was frozen with a rude driver that wants more money. Unsatisfied. Very. Guess thats what you get for a delivered meal at 3-4 am.

Literally waited for pizza an hour and a half. Called the driver and he had the wrong address. Said he would be on his way. Never showed up. Called the store and they told me the driver had to drive back to the store because he called me a bunch of times and knocked on the door and I never answered, which is a complete LIE, they didnt call me, not even once. The manager said he couldnt do anything about it and he wasnt allowed to deliver to me anymore. So Im sitting here, still hungry because this place SUCKS. I will never ever even consider ordering here again.

Out of all the restaurants Ive tried so far through the grubhub app , this one was the best. Why? Because it had awesome food (Im usually very picky especially when it comes to new places), faster than expected service, great and efficient packaging and awesome staff. I had an overall wonderful experience. The only complaint that I would have is that the tip wasnt added to the grand total (had a minimum order of $15 and would rather tip the driver than order more food because I didnt know whether I would like it and didnt want to throw it away).
