I want to love this place. I have stopped by at least 10 times now, for coffee, a pastry, or lunch. The pastries are yummy, and the coffee has always been good. The customer service however leaves something... a lot... to be desired. Just about every time I go in I have experienced terrible customer service. I kept thinking that it was a fluke and it would be better the next time... not the case, With the exception of one helpful girl, I am almost always ignored, rarely greeted, and service with a smile doesnt seem to exist. I have almost walked out several times after being ignored for several minutes. The thing that really gets me is that the owner will be sitting in the dining area, or will be doing something behind the counter and will ignore us too! I probably will keep going for the food, but just a warning to expect bad customer service.

We hired them to make & deliver our wedding cake. A month before the wedding I stopped by to give them our wedding topper and had to wait, leave and come back before anyone helped me. Four of the employees where sitting at a table the whole time, I had to approach them. On the day of our wedding the owner dropped off the cake, didnt finish it, he just set it on a table and was gone leaving all his tools behind. During the reception I was asked several times who made the cake, just to find out they where asking because the filling was still frozen. DO NOT make the mistake I made, go somewhere else!

Olympic Bakery and Deli is one of my favorite places to go on a weekly basis. Whether you are looking for a quick snack and coffee or a nice breakfast or lunch, the staff are always helpful and pleasant. They offer wonderful pastries, sandwiches, cakes and ice cream along with a fantastic wine selection. The owner and baker Neil, is very knowledgeable on the wines and cheeses and can help you find a great wine for any occasion. His wife Judith, also makes and sells her beautiful jewelry there. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal or snack.

Attended a small private event here, so not everything is on the regular menu... The owner Niel presented us with a wonderful selection of cheeses, which were artfully paired with local and Australian wines. Neil also introduced us to Armenian Black Wallnuts, preserved in sugar and lemon juice - unlike anything I ever had! In the bakery, we picked some fresh Rugalelach, which were so big, they are more like a small Strudel... some of the best we ever had! If you are in or around Shelton, this place is well worth the detour!

OMG, Ill drive for an hour, to get their wonderful goodies, sandwiches, and Lattes. Plus, I always take home the breads and pastries for a later time. Worth, visiting, and on a sunny day, enjoy the outdoor patio. Friendly people, and a few nice artistic creations, you wont find anywhere else, perfect for gifts.

Its a bit pricey but totally worth it. I had slice of quiche chock full of vegetables and it came with a slice of delicious cranberry bread. We tried a piece of rugulach that they heated up for us. Best Ive ever had. This eatery was a wonderful find!

This is an anchor to the local community. Great bakery, pastries, savory treats, sandwiches piled high, and always local events and artists featured or taking place. I havent tried their wine events, but they look great!

I asked them to make a Vegan sandwich for a friend ... they couldnt be bothered. She said its "Not on the menu". Ive had bad service here before, but this was downright rude! I wont be back.

Great coffee and pastries. The croissant and the rugelach were both really good! Theres a nice outdoor seating area and free wifi. Everyone that works here is also very friendly and polite.

Completely amazing bakery! With a fabulous deli and a sweet wine selection. Come with a full wallet to get a little bit of everything, or come in with 5 bucks to get a little piece of heaven.

Nothing to like about this place. The service was extremely poor. Dont waste your time or money here . The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. Thats not a way to run a business .
