My daughter and husband went to get some ice cream and was met by two very unpleasant and under trained girls. They didnt understand coupons and had trouble listening to orders. I know they just opened but come on. These two were just so not ready to help the public. My daughter left with nothing. If they hire new people please train them better. It was not a fun experience. Also for a new astablishment not to have enough menu ingredients is unprofessional. Jem 100 looks really good.

We expected staff to be still learning, which some were and thats fine. What we didnt expect was tiny portions compared to every other cold stone & when your paying $6.00 for a bowl of ice cream its disappointing to have your cup barely filled & nothing like the heaping portions you get from all the other stores.

Brand new location so expect a learning curve from staff. Also has a blimpie sandwich place at the same locatuon. Check them out but be patient until they get the routine down. Nothing unexpected here as far as food taste or quality.
