The service is non-existent (in that they had no servers and you had to wait for 5+ mins standing at the bar to order and pick up your own drinks), they got orders wrong, the food (2 orders of chicken strips, a burger, and a salad) all came out individually 15-20 mins apart so we couldnt all eat together, and they used my husbands card for someone elses tab and let her walk out of the bar with it. Apparently their last names were only a few letters apart and they dont check first names on cards (otherwise it probably wouldve been clear that shes probably not a woman named Derik). They comped our bill, but the food was just okay at best and took so long that it was half cold by the time it got to us anyway. We came with friends and none of us will be coming back.

Good Bloody Mary mix and bad service. I asked if the brunch menu is the only one going at 2pm or I can look at other one, the waitress responded that the brunch menu is till three and left. I was hungry and could absolutely pick something from the brunch menu. But noone got back for 10 minutes. I finished the Bloody Mary and asked for the bill. They brought it to us and didnt return for another 10 minutes. I was also upset that service fee of 20% was included. I wouldnt leave a dollar of a tip here.

Great bar layout with sweet patio space and open kitchen. Beautiful wood bar, its obvious they spent time and money designing the whole joint. Good beer selection and food menu- we only had deviled eggs which are great but they have good organic and vegetarian options . Went to watch a sports game and it was perfect! The only drawback was they were playing country music??!!

Market St. bar that feels like wannabe old (hip) ballard. A lot of laquered wood and black paint, shingles and Christmas lights. Somebody tried hard, but ultimately its in the unfortunate spot between cozy dive and trendy bar. Smallish food menu features 25-day wet aged burgers and modern variations on classic Americana. Service is okay.

Just moved here from Virginia and Shingletown is in the middle of turning into a saloon/country bar....being from the south I couldnt be more impressed! The new menu is FANTASTIC! Shingletown Burger deserves an award! Playlist is awesome! Bar tender Matt is great! Danny is pretty swell too!

Pretty cool place! Recently converted to a country bar and they are NAILING it! Great country music playing, peanuts on the ground, darts & shuffleboard.. country karaoke and live bands coming soon. Friendly staff. Great prices. Small outside patio area.. I suggest checking it out!!

Walked in before seeing a movie at the Majestic. The inside looks and feels like youre inside a Northwest cabin. The front is open depending on the weather. Friendly staff and was a great place to spend time.

Solid beer selection. They had on tap some local beers that Ive never tried (which or kind of rare). Didnt anything, so cant speak to the food, though what I saw brought out looked pretty tasty.

This place has lots of local brews for $6 a pint and pretty delicious appetizers. The entrees are neither bad nor great. Go for bingo on Thursdays. Or dont so I have a better chance of winning!

I walked by this place 3 times in the last two days and was sprayed in the face by squirt guns. Each time Ive asked to stop and it still continues, worst place in Ballard.

The staff are warm and attentive. They no longer offer Sunday brunch, unfortunately. But they have good food and a nice selection of beer, wine, and spirits.

Thursday night bingo (free to play) is what sets this place apart. Fun gifts, ridiculous times and the host while we were there was hilarious.

Upbeat scene with friendly staff. Beer selection was okay, but they had amazing avocado fries! Plus, you cant beat free peanuts :P

Solid cocktails and good food. Try the pork belly sandwich, the Szechuan fried chicken sandwich or the smoked salmon Caesar salad.
