I ordered food and never received it. They were happy to take my money. While waiting for my food they took the condiments from in front of me and gave me a bill. Being busy is know excuse. You took my money and never gave me the food I ordered. Becky just apologized when I called. She seemed to think I should have talked to her while I was there. Honestly I was so upset that was not a good idea. Becky said she would comp me but took no information and expected me to come back tonight. I am so disappointed. I have been there so many times and tonight was crap. McMenamins enjoy the money for the service you did not provide.

McMenamins roots are in British and Irish ales, and some like Terminator are near perfection, while they have the trademark lighter raspberry Ruby Ale too, but they sure are trending to American NW styles. The Mill Creek brewery is making strides on their IPAs and their take on Belgian styles. This spot is not the best atmosphere from the outside, but the insides are nice McMenamins with the big old carved wood bar and many of the servers are excellent!

Its a pub, youre going to get pub food. Personally I love pub food and prefer it over other actual "restaurants" so this is the place for me. Prices are really good for how much food you get, which is another pub-like quality. They have their own brews of beer, the Terminator is really good as well as the Ruby Red. I know as a guy its wussy and not-cool to drink anything other than dark but the Ruby Red is seriously worth going and checking out.

The beer is above average, not great. But I will be back. The Nitro Stout was good. The IPA could have done with a bit more age. The Kris Kringle was like a Cascadia IPA. The Porter was the only disappointment. The Malt was not quiet there. Food was good. Fresh nice veggies on burger. Well cooked burger. Fries were fresh made and not greasy. This place is not fantastic, but is worth a visit and repeat visits.

The burgers are delicious and so are the brews. I love their fries, they are really thin and super greasy. Some of the best tarter sauce around. If you want a beer and a burger you will have a hard time finding something close that is better. Price is average. I would give it five stars but the service isnt very good. Everyone is friendly just not fast.

What a miserable night! The Waitress dropped a full drink in my lap and was unapologetic as she handed us the bill for the dinner. We paid our tab and left never to return. If they were an ounce sorry (and didnt leave me sitting in a puddle of ice tea while she waited on other tables) maybe I would try this restaurant again.

I love their pub style food. I eat here at least 2 times a week. The best fresh cut French fries in the universe. All sauces made in house and super delicious. The queen Anne pesto is amazing and since I like meat I recommend you add turkey. Grilled perfection. And the wait staff is awesome.

Overall enjoyed my lunch. The food is a little better than mediocre, but they have a good selection of tasty brews. They have a good spread of brews from the lighter side Jeffe or Devils Bitter to the more robust Shadow Walker CDA and Terminator Stout.

Service was terrible. I ordered chips and salsa and the chips were ice cold. I asked if they could be warmed up and the waiter rudely refused. He said, "No. This is how we serve them here." I mean REALLY?!?! COLD CORN CHIPS? That ruined the whole meal.

This place is so great! My favorite is to sit outside in the summertime. If anyone is looking for a good beer-mix I would try their Rubinator, it is their Ruby mixed with their Terminator! It tastes like chocolate beer with a hint of berries, YUM!

Oregonians will be right at home at this Mcmenamins. Good beer selection and a decent in house IPA. The food is just as it is at all other Mcmenamins, reasonably priced and decent. The tater tots with ranch are always a good snack.

On average, their beer was above average! I had 7 or 8 different styles and all were solid. Their porter and stout was a solid 3.75 to 4 (think Untappd). Food was good as well. Family but not dog friendly. Would go again.

The food is good and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming, but the portions slowly seem to be getting a smaller over the last six months. Id rather a pay a little more to get the quantity of food I used to.

Cant say enough good things about this place. My wife and I sat on the porch and split a happy hour pitcher of cider and some cheap apps. The service was awesome, this is a must go!
