Last night my friends Donna and Ron Perry and I went to Benedettis. It was their first time and my second time for dinner and it was outstanding. I would like to begin by saying thank you to our server Derek who was personable, helpful and just plain fun and took very good care of us through out our meal. Great job Derek. Okay, now to the meal. Ron ordered the 8 oz New York Steak with baked beans and broccoli salad. He pronounced it excellent. Donna and I each had the Beef Brisket with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. I had the broccoli salad and Donna tried a cup of the White Bean Chili Chicken Soup and said she cant wait to come back and order a bowl of it next time. All three of us had a delicious meal and I was so happy to introduce them to Benedettis, knowing now that they will be going there again and that they now have a new Meat Market and Deli to shop at. So thank you, thank you Benedettis for another fine meal, but we would like to know when you will be doing your Prime Rib, because that is absolutely fabulous. I gave a four star because the lunch menu is a 5 and dinner is a 3. Lunch menu includes gourmet and delicious sandwiches and dinner menu is trying way too hard to be an upper end Italian restaurant. The location, borderline bar ambiance, and high price dinner menu leaves a lot to be desired. High end italian might work downtown Eugene but not west Springfield. Stick to sandwiches and beer and make the clientele in this area happier.

I would like a response from owners. I cannot buy my meat from two guys who refuse to wear gloves then handle the cash register without washing. I would return if this wasnt the case. Gloves when handling raw meat is not a business expense worth skipping. Disgusting. Do the ranchers know this is how their meat is sold? What a waste of good cuts.

We love to eat here. Weve only gone to the side with the restaurant, so we dont know about the deli, but we love the food. My wife likes the reuben. I like to try the specials. Try any of the sandwiches. Theyre all delicious. The fries are nice and crispy and they even give you a pickle with certain items.

Consistently amazing food. I have had a number of things from the restaurant, all as delicious as they sound! And the meat market side has some of the best meat in the area, imo. The pastrami lunch meat is also the best Ive found, outside if making it myself. Highly recommend!

WOW!!! We stopped in for a sandwich, the prices were good, the drinks are goooood the food is excellent and obviously made there with quality ingredients. The waiter was also awesome. Also the portions are large a small turkey pesto with a side of house fries filled me way up.
