I dont usually write reviews but I had a terrible experience here. Probably the worst Ive ever had eating out.The lady/owner was so rude to me. We had a BOGO for 99 cent bubble tea and the description on the email clearly said for teas and smoothies and she said that the email was wrong and did not honor it in such a rude manner. She ruined dinner for me and my friends and just had terrible service. She did not care what so ever about our experience and even got our orders wrong. My friend asks for lychee jelly and the lady gave her pineapple which she was allergic to and of course the lady didnt think she was at fault. The food is below average. Plenty of better and cleaner places out there. Never going back again and hope the owner and management changes. Worst restaurant experience ever. This place makes me never want to eat out again.

Of the many Vietnamese restaurants in the International District, it was such waste of time and money for me to eat at a pho franchise. I knew this before going in, but at the time, we had no choice because the wonton restaurant next door that we originally wanted to go to was closed. The pho here was just mediocre. Do yourself a favor, and find other pho restaurants in the area that serve more variety of foods.

My first ever pho was here, maybe contributing to my bias, its still the benchmark for me. Wife had pho elsewhere before eating here, and she said its the best as well. The soup is more flavorful than most other places Ive tried, so it might turn those with light flavor eaters off out there. They offer 3 sizes as well, which is great for any appetite (or ability).

Well, there are lots of Pho places in the I.D. This one appears to be a national chain. The pho stock didnt taste slow-cooked but tasted more like it had come from a concentrate. It was a little overly cinnamon-y. Price is cheap, but you can find cheaper. The amount of basil, sprouts, lime, and jalapeno was skimpy.

Service can be good, but when it gets busy, its hard for them to keep up. Any restaurant would be. I would give it more like 3.25 stars. The food is relatively standard or a bit above it. Thats why I would normally give it 3 stars. The service gets the extra .25. They seem nice.

Im no Pho expert by any means, but the Pho here is consistently good. Im here for lunch a few times per month, and usually get one of the classic soups. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bubble teas seem a bit over-priced, I might try them if they were cheaper.

Your traditional Pho restaurant with the normal accompanying vegetables. The taste overall is really good, and the differentiating factor at this restaurant is there are smoothie and tea selections available. This restaurant is unusually clean and well lit.

Their vegetarian pho is really good and all of the staff is always really nice. The pho and bubble tea combo is also a really good deal and they just got added thai tea to the menu. Definitely my go-to pho place.

Pho was good. I haf the meatballs as a meat choice. They were ok I couldve done with out it but the broth and Pho was good. The smallest size (Just enough) was perfect in size.

Great Vietnamese Pho (noodle). I have eaten a lot of pho in Seattle and the noodle in this place is so far the best. Definitely going back to this place for noodle.

Food here is just ok. The pho here is really salty and I wasnt a fan of their fried egg rolls. But there is a juice/tea bar inside that serves yummy looking drinks.
