This place is convenient and the staff are always very nice. The prices here are all over the place though and most items are often unmarked leaving you guessing until youre at the register.Some stuff is reasonable but some items are ridiculous. The other day I went in to buy cat litter in a rush and the same litter that is $4 at bartells a few blocks away was $15 after tax!! Im not sure who does their market price comparisons but the price differences on some of their items is unreal.

The french dip I just had there was the absolute worst I have ever had.It had 1 piece of roast beef and it was extremely dry ! They put the bread on a panini grill which dried it out very bad as well.my xo worker told them NO horse radish on it so what did they do.....you guessed it they put horse radish on it i have had other items on the menu and they all seem to be mediocre at best..

This place is fine to grab some quick food. Nothing special. I also really wish they had milk, eggs, and other common groceries here since theres no affordable grocery store in South Lake Union.

This place is horrible! Way over priced for garbage! Why have 10 facings of one thing? Terrible use of space! Do yourself a favor and go down a block to city home deli.
