This store is so much better than all the other neighborhood stores. It has by far the best grocery store vegetables and fruits, even a large selection of organic produce, at better prices than Whole Foods and much better quality than the other chains. The seafood is also terrific. The checkers are friendly and helpful. The store will order pretty much anything, certainly everything Ive ever asked for. I like the music. I like the chefs who constantly cook delicious food that you can taste as theyre preparing it. Joe acts grouchy but he is very willing to talk and give good advice. They provide free recipes for the samples theyve been passing out. They often have fruit cut up for you to taste. The bulk food selection is enormous with a lot of organic choices of dried fruits and grains. I could go on and on. Try a visit at harvest time and see the giant pumpkin carving outside or in summer for the salmon festival.

I recall when they expanded a local grocery store and more than doubled its size and the cashier, told me "This is going to be a destination store." This delightful older man sounded so convinced and I hoped, for his sake, that it would be successful. Oh, he was So Right. (He continued to work there for a while after the revamp of the store and was so pleased.) I take out of town guests there just for the delight of the place. Seems like a great work environment. Low staff turn over. They essentially have anything I want, even fresh turmeric for anti-inflammatory benefit in my smoothies. The produce, fish and meat departments take up the original footprint of one part of the expansion. The food court takes up another. Great bulk section.

A great resource for any cook. Youll find anything (and I mean anything) youre looking for, and quality of the fresh foods is dependably first rate. The Big Board Buys are often exceptional value, especially for the quality, and they often have special "celebrations" (celebrating Italian food, say) when theyre full of samples and a festive atmosphere. One complaint is the indifferent staff. Its funny, but if youre looking for customer service, go across the street to Safeway.

Their staff is always do knowledgeable and helpful, but you still feel like they are real people. The products are grouped by type with gpurmet, organic, and specialty varieties side by side with big brands and store brands making comparison shopping easy. Their in store items are amazing; I highly recommend the store made tortillas, sushi, and the "our own roast" turkey from the deli. I always save money shopping at Central Market. Its my favorite grocery store.

Great selection and the quality is there. Prices are a bit high, but theres a lot of high end stuff there too. Its fun watching customers reading their receipts as they walk out of store. Two bags of groceries for $95! Customer service is about on par with Costco. Largely indifferent on the floor and behind the glass in meat and fish. Cashiers are great. Fred Meyer is further away, but I shop there when I can. Better prices and friendlier (much) staff.

I just want to give a big THANK YOU!!!! to the store and their staff. Last time my family went shopping my 9 year old left his wallet in the little shopping cart with his money in it, all this time he felt very sad. He was very sad because it took him a while to save $71 and more importantly his wallet that he was excited he had found a five nights at Freddys wallet. Luckily someone from Crental Market had found it and all his things were in it.

Shop here all the time. They have great prices on some very specific things, like those containers of jellies, the have multi flavors and are only $3.99. And mocha ice cream is a great price too. The have a very tasty salad bar. Stop through there every time I visit. Great produce. They have a fantastic bakery, I got my son an awesome cake with dinosaurs and a volcano. the staff are so helpful and friendly.

Especially good selection of Asian food. The store is well organized, clean and very well kept up. Produce is high quality and accordingly a bit more expensive than in many grocery stores. The meat department is well stocked and attended by a knowledgeable and capable staff. If youre unfamiliar with shopping for Asian inspired food the friendly store staff will assist.

Quality produce, but you pay for it. I dont mind paying extra for it when it comes to produce, but things that are in other stores are over priced as well. Really good deli, meat, and fish departments. Good Asian food selection and bulk food selection. If its items that you can find elsewhere were the same price as elsewhere, this would be a five star store.

I found the selection to extensive and it was easy to find everything I was looking for even this being my first time in the store. The staff were friendly and cheerful. The prices were reasonable and I dont mind paying more for better service. Whole Foods is far more expensive where I live in California. Wish we had a Central Market in my town

Its a good go to place for certain items you would want to buy organic or Asian ingredients. The markup on items can be a bit high however. Nice vegetable section and theres fresh sushi being made here as well as whole foods style hot bar/salad and deli section and seating where you can eat but I have never bought food from there.

If you need help lifting groceries, dont expect to get it here. Ive asked many times for "help out" and they still urge me out the door quickly without a bit of assistance. Store is pricey; good sales or discounts are rare. Also hard to get special requests. On the weekends, not enough disabled parking.

Lots of great products that you cant find in other stores! There is a lot of products that are locally grown or produced and an exceptional amount of organic foods. As traditional Norwegians, we buy the lutefisk for our Christmas dinner here each year. High prices, but overall its worth it.

The nicest supermarket in the area. Not the best prices on most things, but a great selection. Their house made cakes and desserts are soooo amazing, I absolutely love their Snickers cake! Love the Asian section of the store and they actually have good prices on most of their Asian foods!

The best grocery store in the area. It stocks high quality food, the workers are happy and quick to get work done, the store is clean, and is a bit of a cultural center of Shoreline. If you can afford to make the switch, Id recommend coming here for your groceries.

Good store unless you have to visit the meat counter. Everyone working behind it is sullen and dismissive. Can’t tell if they don’t like having to deal with customers or if they just hate their jobs, but clearly they are unhappy people.
