I went here for lunch while I was taking a class nearby. I have food allergies (gluten and dairy) so I was happy to see they had gluten free bread as an option. I got the Sofia sandwich on gf bread with no cheese and a small bag of chips, no drink. Pro: best sandwich Ive had since developing allergies, it had flavor, even the gf bread which was a multi grain style. Con: about $12.50 for a small sandwich and small bag of chips! I wandered around the market and they have good healthy food, but all of it is significantly more than I pay for the same brands normally. I dont know if its because they have a captive audience with the marina, or because Ballard is just more expensive, but I had sticker shock for sure. Very convenient if you dock your boat here though.

The quality that is served at the green market cannot be "rated" as it is more of an experience. Every hand crafted hero is prepared with a unique art that will extinguish any value you have for your previous sandwich shop. If the meal doesnt do it for ya, you just might get the opportunity to meet the proud and humble owner who will welcome you with his sincere appreciation for your business and will have you feeling like you made a new friend by the time you make your way out. This shop truly is the secret of Ballard. Try not to tel too many people!

The first sip I took of the coffee made me pause because the flavour was so delicious that I was caught off guard. I came back every day just to make sure I wasnt crazy and because it was good and it was excellent every time. They use dellanos coffee roasted here in Seattle, and sell the beans as well. Their drinks are consistent and fantastic, I tried the salmon melt and that was also flavourful with nice texture and fresh ingredients.

Joe has bent over backwards to fulfill orders for me and for our company. The sandwiches are well priced, filling and delicious. I dont think Ive ever had a bad sandwich from here. They also have a little bit of everything, like your corner convenience store, but organic.

Purchased a Reuben to have for lunch the next day! For being leftover, just popped it in the convention oven to heat, turned out to be excellent! Quality is great and reasonable priced too... will definitely be my favorite sandwich place :-)

Their sandwiches are super yummy! They offer both cold and hot options and the market has some fruits and snacks you can grab. Its a great option to have on this side of the bridge. Definitely call ahead since they can get extremely busy.

Im so happy to have a little market right in fishermens terminal for when you dont have long on shore. They have a good quality selection with lots of organic options and tasty home made sandwiches and wraps. Also good place for coffee.

I get fish vacuum packed next door to the deli. Had three different sandwiches and they were all delish! Hot mama or corleone, awesome!! Friendly staff and local owner. Good beer selection! Sweet little spot!
