Top notch sandwiches -- fantastic bread, fresh and high quality ingredients. These are the kind of sandwiches you would make for yourself at home, going all out. Very different from Ikes, which I also love -- the offerings are much more traditional. But, I would say that this is even harder than what Ikes does, since they can cover up deficiencies with their strong flavorings -- here, any flaws stand out that much more. Summary: this is my favorite sandwich shop -- ever!

These sandwiches are some of the best around and the price is very reasonable. The homemade wheat bread is amazing and it really makes the sandwich. I have wanted to try their other breads but cant bring myself to order anything but the wheat since it is so good.

If you like sandwiches or BBQ (outdoor) and you are in Half Moon Bay come to San Benito Deli. The food is great and has plenty of sitting area. You may have to park a few blocks away at times depending on the time of day.

This deli is wonderful. The bread is out of this world! All of the ingredients taste fresh and there is a special sauce that gives the sandwiches a unique flavor. There is a nice outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy.

Besides great sandwiches, they now have BBQ in the backyard. You cant go wring with their pulled pork sandwich. I am changing my rating to 5 stars. They also allow dogs.

Nice little sandwich shop! They make their own breads. Very soft and tasty. Ordered roast beef on wheat bread. The dining area is outside and very comfortable.

Favorite place for lunch in hmb, the lines are crazy but the sandwiches are amazing. The bread and meet are great. Hot pastrami is the best.
