THE Morgan Jct neighborhood hangout! This wonderful atmosphere serves as a home away from home for many. Its basically two big living rooms with a rustic looking bar and some outdoor seating. On top of an excellent beer selection, theres several wines, ciders, and even mead. Because theres no food service other than light snacks, you can bring your own meals or order in. The other benefit to no food service, is that dogs frequent this establishment (which could be a drawback to some, though they do enforce a rule of well-behaved dogs only, frequent jumpers and barkers have been asked to leave by staff). I tend to let out my inner cheapskate on Mondays with their all day happy hour, when several beers are significantly discounted. Other special events include free pool table use Tuesdays, and trivia night on Wednesdays (quite competitive Im told). So I offer you a hearty welcome to my 2nd living room!

As with any establishment that has so many taps to choose from, the keg lines need to be cleaned religiously during switch out. Me and my girlfriend got 4 different IPAS and a Mannys pale ale that all managed to taste the same of acidic bacteria infection (its never hazardous to health, only unpleasant) or cross contamination from one of their many Belgian style ales. I brew at home and have an 8 keg capacity tap system, so I know a bit about this subject. The lack of information for each beer on the menu is slightly annoying and could be remedied if the bartenders would simply learn more about the only service provided at this establishment. The information I was given was incorrect on multiple occasions. Have your phone handy if you have questions and cross your fingers the lines have been cleaned.

Really great selection of beers.... IF you like IPAs and pale ales and other hoppy variations. If you want something more malty rather than hoppy, like a good Belgian ale or trippel (other than a wit), I have to recommend you look elsewhere. However, the service is really good, even when the place is hopping like on a Saturday night. Still, with SO many beers on tap, that they dont have at least ONE trippel or similar Belgian, to me, deserves a star drop. But if you like the hoppity hop hop IPAs you will be in HEAVEN here! lol there are SO many options. And there are a few ciders on draft, too. Just to be fair, although they dont have good trippels on draft, they do have them in a bottle. but, of course, thats not the same.

You have to love a place that works its core competency: All beers, and no food service to detract from that primary goal of perfection. Too many beers to count: if you cant find something you like here, youve got a real problem. You want food? Get some takeout (Subway? Zeeks Pizza?). Bring your dog - Ive even seen someone bring a cat. Bad animals are booted out, so make sure it will play nicely with everyone. Best wooden back bar around - downright historical. Happy Hour prices on beer: yet one more reason to come. Enjoy !

My favorite pub in West Seattle, maybe even all of Seattle. The owner and staff are amazing and the beer selection is second to none. They also have a great cider selection as well if youre not a beer drinker. As far as food goes they only have popcorn, nuts, crackers, etc. but have all the local menus readily available and never frown on bringing in your own food. They even have potlucks during football and soccer games! With events happening every week theres always new beer and cider to try.

This is my home away from home - where else can you drink amazing beers, chow down on whatever food youd like to bring in from the city and surf the internet with your dog at your side? You can spend a little or you can spend a lot, but theyre not going to rip you off. Have a buddy that doesnt drink beer? Theyve got tons of wine, cider and even sake. This is not only a beer place, but it is the best beer place in the city.

This has to be my favorite bar in the Seattle area. I only wish it were closer to where I live. Its as if they took my best friends bachelor pad, mixed it with my favorite coffee shop, and threw in an impressive collection of beer, wine, cider and mead. You can even bring your dog inside. Theres no food, but no problem... the local take our delivery places know exactly where to deliver it! TOP 10 pubs in Seattle (if not #1)

The beer selection is great and the staff are very knowledgeable. Ive always found the dog owners to be courteous so no problems there. In my opinion, Lorraine (bartender) earns the title land lady since she knows how to create a warm welcome, host a pub quiz, and generally preside over a public house in a way that Ive never experienced on this side of the Atlantic. Proper pub..

Best beer bar is Seattle, hands down. Left half is the cozy pub side with the bar, tables, couches, and board games. Right half is the game room side with sports on the TVs, pool, shuffleboard, darts, etc. Bar snacks only, but you can bring your own food or order delivery. "Service dogs" welcome. Pro Tip: order at the bar. Line forms in the right by the chalkboard.

Nice spot in West Seattle, chill atmosphere. It feels very much like an lodge with all the wood and decor around. The staff is very knowledgeable about the beers they sell and they have a very good selection on tap every day. A nice place to hang out and chat with your friends or just talk to the other people at the bar. Very laid back place with good beer.

Best place in West Seattle if not the greater Seattle area. Huge variety of beer and a lot of it local which makes it great. They always host fun events like Iron Brewer which are a blast. Dog friendly is great too and Ive never had an issue with any of the dogs there before. No food though but you can bring in whatever you want!

It would be hard to find a better word than "cozy" to describe Beveridge Pub Palace. They have a long list of craft beers and more. Excellent service and attention to helping the customer navigate the various offerings. You wont find any run of the mill (high volume production) brews here.

I love the beer selection. Other than that, I actively avoid this place at all costs. Horrible atmosphere, beasts everywhere, a draconian ordering system, no sound for any sporting event on the TVs, etc. Just think of every way you could be annoyed at a bar - they found a way to perfect it.

My favorite pub in Seattle. Great service, their selection of beers is second to none. Bring your own food, or some of the nice local restaurants will deliver to the pub. Home of the Seattle Evertonians, and a great place to watch soccer matches whoever you support.

Great place for casual beers. Good selection and lots of food options. They dont actually have any food, but they have tons of takeout menus for the businesses near by that deliver. You want Chinese and I want Italian, but we both want beer? Problem solved.

IMO this place is the best beer bar in Seattle! They may not have as many beers on tap as many other places, but they carefully select what they do have. So each one of their 36 beers/ciders on tap is amazing. This place is a must visit for any beer lover.
