I went in with high hopes based on the menu and happy hour, but those were soon dashed. The "Happy Hour" is essentially a lie, unless you order something alcoholic to go with your food, because in the fine print it says theyll charge you an extra $3 for any given order of food if something alcoholic isnt ordered by that person as well. Perhaps I have high standards for chicken tenders after living in The South for so many years, but they were not something I would order again, with little flavor, missing at least one staple sauce option, and a crust which was ready to fall off on its own at any given moment. The portions left something to be desired with only 2 strips and some very thin and sparse fries. They also have a policy of holding onto one of your cards for the purpose of a tab, even after I expressly stated that I just wanted to go ahead and pay for what we were ordering up front, we werent interested in ordering beyond that. All in all: Food - 2 star Portions - 1.5 star Service - 3 star - unimpressive but not bad Speed of Food to the Table - 5 star Atmosphere - 4 star - better than I would have expected from a standard pub

Now this is my kind of sports bar. It isnt all new and flashy like some of the corporate chains but it is not even close to being a dive either. I love the fact that they have.multiple areas for groups to get together and watch sports. So as a result you have multiple college alumni associations that coke here to watch sports (Alabama and Wisconsin to name a few). And there is this great upstairs section with tables and televisions that overlooks the rest of the bar. Its good for private game watching AND people watching. But what I really consider the stand out in this place is the food. Lets see bar food: Some of the best chicken tenders you will have at a bar, Burgers (you know it), sandwiches (oh yeah). But then there is the southern food (jambalaya, gumbo) and lets finish it all of by saying they have brunch (biscuits and gravy anyone). The food, the atmosphere, the group gatherings. Belltown Pub is a winner.

The food was mediocre and incredibly overpriced and the service was slow and unattentive. We gave a mediocre tip for mediocre service, and, after checking my account later, I found that the waitress had given herself a much higher and undeserved tip. Where I come from we call that "stealing". Either pay your servers a fair wage or make sure they deserve a good tip; it disgusts me that she went ahead and stole our money. The only positive thing about the place was that it was an interesting old building, and they had a doggie menu and allowed dogs to come right in and eat. The dogs dont care if their food or service is mediocre-- theyll snarf it up without a question. If only they treated the humans here better than their dog customers with food better than dog food, it might be a place worth going back to.

Big mistake stopping here today. We ordered three appetizers and a burger meal. It took more then 45 min to get it! Appetizers ... 45 mins! We were about to leave when I finally found the waitress and asked her how long it would be. Our glasses were empty and we had empty water glasses as well. This was at about 2pm, they were not at all busy - they just dont give a crap about customers that come in. When our food finally did come, the bun on the burger was hard and the toast was burnt. The food was edible, but nothing too great. It was overpriced too. Will never go back to this place!

Service was terrible. The place wasnt even busy so they cant blame the traffic. The order was wrong, and when we told them....they said itd take three min to get us a new plate. why would I want food thats made in three min? Second order we received was still wrong. The hostess was sketchy and I couldnt understand her English, even though Im used to navigating various accents. The manager Im guessing and the hostess were dressed like they were patrons...not professional at all. Our waitress was new and she seemed like the only one trying to do a good job.

Really love the space, super open and generally good for larger (6-8 person) groups. My main gripe is that the service is super inconsistent - friendly sometimes, not so friendly other times. Last time they brought me the wrong beer and refused to replace it with the correct one because "they misheard me and I need to speak up." What? Happy hour food (nachos etc) is good but not great, expect bar food quality.

Enjoyed a nice night at Belltown Pub with our dog. The bartender was great and quickly brought over a bowl of water and some treat, as well as a dog menu. Our dog definitely did dine on a premium chow. We ordered the fresh fish (Salmon) and Steak Frites. Although not too impressed with the steak, weve been to this Pub several times and know their food is usually really good.

I came with a large group, and we ordered pitchers of three different kinds of beer. Two of the three tasted to us like they were almost certainly watered down (significantly less flavor, almost no carbonation). Im pretty unhappy to have paid $16/$17 a pitcher for mediocre beer. Id come back for food, but never again to drink.

This pub has mice! We were sitting in the sofas area, and we saw something passing by at our feet. We noticed the waitress, and she said that she knows about them! And thats its because its a 200-year old building, and thats why they have mice! It was a good bar, but its unacceptable to have mice in it!

Great chicken (bacon) and waffles. Good services, but bring a friend. Bar is kinda lonely at 1am with only the bartender there, leaving you to do his chores alone, haunted by every antisocial decision you regret about your life wondering if you will ever again have good interactions Good beer too!

My go-to spot for great late night food (kitchen is open until 1am every night) and great drinks plus the pub feel is a nice relief from the packed bars. The burrito bowl is great and the happy hour nachos are sized just right for one hungry person or two nibblers.

One of the best happy hours in Seattle. Twice a day and tons of food choices plus great beer/wine/well specials. Free shuffleboard, pool, fooseball upstairs (great for private events) and the booths have outlets to charge your phone/laptop!!! Also, free wifi!

Great food, great atmosphere, great desserts. They have a chocolate lava cake with espresso that is really good - and their burger on a pretzel bun is tasty. Id go... for a casual good time. Also a fun place to watch hawks games on the weekend.

Was here for a birthday party where they rentd out the top level. Service was very attentive. Over 30 people can fit on the upper level and a few parties can reserve the top level for a couple hours at a time usually.
