Been coming here for quite a while , service has definitely gone down, I will be speaking with a manager next time I go in. I requested to speak with one and we were denied that, our waiter ignored our request along with his area partner whole was just vile. We had to call him for anything we needed for the rest of the night! We went in on a Friday night, pretty busy 40 minute wait! Our waiter wasnt listening very well! I ordered ginger ale and received ice tea..Smh, and it didnt stop there. My burger came out with no cheese on it , I specifically asked for cheddar and when I brought it up to the waiter he didnt say much, he just took my plate and brought my burger back out with some cold crumble cheese on it. The appetizers were brought out with the entrees, which made our experience feel rushed and our presents unwanted. Drinks were asked to be refilled by us, he didnt even ask us what kind of fries wed like with our entrees. Taste of the food is never a problem but the service needs improvement pronto or youll start losing your frequent flyers! Not to mention a very unprofessional waitress chatting with her friends while on duty, I knew they were her friends because they were talking about there personal business very loud, laughing and taking snap chats, using profanity, all while the waitresses table guess were being ignored. I had to asked that waiter to lower her conversation with her friends I also asked her to grab a manager , she looked at me like I had ten heads , then said the manager wasnt there, I said oh really, and then she said wait let me check and never came back with the manager nor did a supervisor appear ...She obvious knew I was going to let the manager about her behavior..And the service I received from her co-worker.. get it together or youll be changing the name to Empty Cow!

Best wings Ive ever had! Crunchy on the outside, moist inside and bbq sauce was amazing. We got half habanero bbq and the other was a sweet bbq, both delicious and my husband who is sensitive to spice could actually handle the habenero. It is spicy but not actually habanero spicy. Get the wings! Nice touch that they are served with prepackaged hand towels for when youre done. I had the Arsonist burger and my husband the Rockstar. Best burgers weve both had. We upgraded our fries for $2 to get the jacked up fries, a white queso type of cheese. Delicious! Big burgers, great amount of fries. Our daughter had the kids grilled cheese. Nothing special, dont get it. Basically its got a thin layer of melted cheese on a soft and large brioche bun. Makes for a very dry tasteless bite. Other great things on the kids menu though and was elated to find that most things on the kids menu were organic!!! My husband and daughter had the cookies and cream milk shake and enjoyed it a lot. I had the Snoqualmie Black Frog Stout, comparable to a Guiness and it was delicious! They have a ton of options for beer, so whatever you like, youll find it here. Atmosphere was nice, not too loud. They have tall tables where your legs would hang if it werent for the crossbar under your seat. They also have booth tables so if you have a preference make sure you ask when you put your name down on the waiting list. We were quoted a 30 minute wait and got seated within 15 minutes. I love that they use the Nowait app, very convenient to see how many people are ahead of you and nice to get a text when your table is ready so you dont feel obligated to hangout within hearing distance of the Restaurant Host. Overall a really good restaurant and experience. Will be going back here anytime we have a burger and fry or wings craving.

All I wanted was cheese fries. Being from northeast New Jersey, cheese fries are like the sun and rain; both found in abundance and the life blood of our existence. My wife wanted a meal, but I just wanted to snack. As I perused the menu, my eye stopped at the strawberry shake. Sweet? Check. Before I knew what I was doing, I was honed in on the fries section. Salty, my sweets sweetheart, was just moments away. And there was so much salt to choose from: regular fries, sweet potato fries, fries with cheese + jalapeno sauce, fries with... wait, what? Fries with cheese? My Tick Tock diner fed soul smiled. As our waitress approach, I could already taste my fries as a stirrer, spinning my berry sweet about before dipping into my awaiting mouth. Salty sweetness personified. And then she gave me that look, and I knew it wasnt meant to be. She explained that she couldnt hold the jalapeno sauce; that it was intrinsically connected to the cheese. While that made no sense whatsoever to me, as the copious +s on the menu explicitly connoted the joining of two separate items, I plugged on to reach my goal for the evening. After witty banter about grammar setting expectations, she relented and told me she could strip an even more loaded fries dish to the object of my desire... for $7.50. When I balked at the price after being denied the $5 minus jalapeno option, she blurted out in a moment of fluster, "We dont modify our menu!" Apparently not for $5. When I decided to go without food, and began speaking to my wife, she stood there shocked, wondering what exactly had happened. I dont know either. All I wanted was cheese fries.

As of the time this review was written, Tipsy Cow is my absolute favorite sit-down burger joints. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service is great. This place has many great burgers to choose from and Ive tried a few of them. My favorite of them all is the "Allstar Burger". Such amazing flavor and the burger itself is huge. Who wouldnt love a burger with a fried egg and battered bacon? Every burger they serve is pretty large, not to mention they come with a generous amount of fries. I definitely recommend the Truffle Fires, soooo.......... Good! This place also has a variety of local specialty beers on tap and if youre one that enjoys good quality beer, youll love this place. Tipsy Cow is located in an area of Downtown Redmond has a great vibe and there is plenty of close by parking. I would without doubt recommend this place to anyone. I am sad to say that I am moving out of state and will for sure miss this place. Anytime I am in Washington, this will be a must on my list of stops.

Only giving 4 stars because they dont do "take-out". Instead of giving you a take out order in a box, they bring you some take out boxes and serve the food on their plates, then you have to box it up. I think this is pretty stupid... Also they give you a large plate of fries, which no human should eat in one sitting.. a little wasteful, cause I threw half mine away. Also the burger patties were 7 oz (which is way too big for me, so I had to break a couple peices off (again, wasteful).. however this is a personal criticism, and should not at all stop you from trying out this place because.... THESE BURGERS ARE FREAKING DELICIOUS! I had the "Beast Mode" and it was awesome. Usually when I get a burger with blue cheese, they overcook the meat to give it a "blackened" taste, I hate that.. Tipsy cooks your burger to order and it was divine! Oh.. and they have beer on tap.. if youre like into that sort of thing (which I am)...
