I wish I had seen the prior reviews before ordering it here. My previous order from this store had a bad experience. But, i thought that it might be one bad day. And since I was passing by, i thought let me give it another shot. That was the mistake i did. Last time I ordered the pizza, I went there at the specified time for pick up and guess what it seems they have not even started on making my pizza. I had to wait more than 20 mins to get mine. This is after their scheduled time for pickup. This time around, the experience was not good either. Infact, it is lot worse. Ordered a vegetarian pizza with all veggie topings. But when you eat, it smells like meat. And i got it back to the store, the employees were not trying to understand what i was saying. They just kept harping that there were no meat toppings. Ofcourse there were no meat toppings visible, but when you start eating it, it smells like meat. May be something under the cheese or something else. But, they were not even trying to understand it. The were under the preconception, that I went there to get another pizza. Well, even if they offered a life time free option, i would never ever visit that store again. mistakes do happen. But, how well, you respond to the situation, changes the perception of the customer. And it is not just the pizza was bad, it is the approach of the staff that made the experience a lot worser. I typically order at Sunnyvale, C.A, store, and i find that experience a lot better any day. Havenot seen any other pizza hut so customer unfriendly.

Pizza hut was horrible! First off Im glad I started eating the pizza first because to be honest it was definitely not cooked right. The dough was so soft it was upsetting, all I could think was what if my 7year old ate this and got sick from it? We got a supreme pizza that I had to stick in the oven for an extra 15 minutes plus the bell peppers were cut so thin along with the mushrooms I was surprised the sausage wasnt cut thin also. There was NO sauce on this literally none. The parking lot is horrible too fyi do be careful if you chose to pick up here. But please go somewhere else this was horrible!

This place is horrible to order delivery they have the worst customer service unprofessional staff they make me wait almost two hours for my delivery and when I call them they pass the phone around to so many different employees because no body knew where my delivery was, when it finally arrived the delivery driver still had the audacity to ask me for a tip when it took two hours to get to my house.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I oder a second time and I was disappointed again...

Nothing extremely different from ever other Pizza Hut stores. We dined in and the lady was very kind. Location seems a bit of mess because theyre constructing the building next door. I gave them 2 stars because we didnt get what we asked for. We asked if they had the hot dog crust, and they said they do. After paying, we asked again and they said they have them. They got us a regular with thin crust. Overall disappointed, but at least the Pizza came out fresh and hot.

One of the worst Pizza Hut. Low and rude staff, No ketchup, worst pizza, rubber crust, no clean plates. And its not cheap compared to Dominos or other Pizza. On every table I see everyone leaving their pizza after eating just 2-3 piece. This is the second time to this place and same experience. I thought the first bad experience was one time. After seeing review from others, i agree. Will never visit this place again.

The lady said they deliver within 3 miles of there store, I am located 2.6 miles from them and they had the nerve to argue with me that they wont deliver to me. She said they deliver within 3 miles (which I clearly am), but doesnt deliver to my area even though I am within their delivery mileage. On top of that, she couldnt recommend another Pizza Hut that would deliver to me. Guess they dont want my money...

This Pizza Hut was terrible. Pizza Hut is my favorite, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. The employees are incompetent, and Im not rude or anything. But something with the address for delivery wasnt working, so they just HUNG UP on me when they couldnt figure it out. Asked me for my address 4-5 times and then ask me what i want and then hang up. No call back nothing. And i did not recieve a pizza.

I live 2.6 miles from this location...the closest of the 3 locations Google offered up, and was told they dont deliver that far. To the owners: Get it together, either you have a ridiculous policy which I cannot help but think is hurting your business or your employees have such little work ethic that theyre sending your business elsewhere.

They dont honor any of the online or carry out deals. The tables are always dirty. The floors are gross. And it smells like dirty socks and arm pits. If its true that you get what you pay for, I would have hoped that the pizza tasted really good. I think frozen pizza is better.. The cheap frozen pizza- from the .99 cent store!

We got delivery and they forgot the garlic dipping sauce. One we started eating, the breadsticks were all soggy! The worst pizza hut food I have ever had. If I was the one that paid for this food, I would have taken their own food back to them and demanded a refund. Thanks to this location, I will never eat pizza hut again.

very bad behavior, I ordered supreme pizza with all toppings but they gave me without mushroom. When I asked why it is not there..they just told that we dont have and denying to cancelled my order. Finally they returned back my money because of the girl who had taken ordered agreed her mistakes.

At lunch time this location only has a couple of customers and no delivery drivers are taking out orders. The parking lot is full of pot holes and the walls of the restaurant is peeling paint and crumbling. I wonder how they stay in business.

The food is Pizza Hut quality. The place is really run down and not really setup for dine in. I think they mostly do deliveries or take out here. I wouldnt eat here again. I might take out though. The breadsticks are yummy!!!

I used to go here a lot but recently in last month or two everytime I call they have rude workers answering the phones I end up hanging up almost every time whoever took over needs to fix it or I wont be calling anymore

Just like all other pizza hut. Couldnt notice anything extra ordinary but this place has never been very crowded anytime i visited. Small place and never saw any rush.
