Overpriced and poor service/setup/hygiene. Half a chicken pesto sandwich with a cup of soup set me back by $10. Which is something I can accept considering the food is organic local etc etc. But the service was very poor. I ordered chili which was served Luke warm. When I asked if it could be warmed up, I just got a sorry we cannot response. No offer for another soup or a refund. Seems like the folks here are not empowered to do that. Then I asked for and got a different tomato soup. Now it had no salt or pepper in it - which is perfectly fine. But there is not even a salt and pepper shaker somewhere. They give me salt in a cup after I ask again. To add to all that I see that they pour back the soup they gave me into the big soup bowl. Come on. Thats good hygiene 101, whats goes to a table never goes back again. Very bad. Will not go here again but for my 1.5 year old daughter who seemed to dig their sandwich and soup. I gave an extra star for her to make it 2 star :)

EXTREMELY good sandwich. Ive walked by this place 400 times but only just tried it today. I got the turkey bacon avocado and was shocked when the price was $12. As I walked home carrying the sandwich, I thought "this better be a darn good sandwich." And, to my surprise, it was. If youre looking for fast-ish food (wait was about 5 minutes) for the speed, then this is definitely a good place to visit. But if youre looking for fast-ish food for price, there are definitely cheaper options. So basically its a great place for a millionaire to go to pick up a quick lunch, but the average Joe should probably go there only with the same frequency that theyre willing to spend money on sit-down restaurants. I am not a millionaire, so sadly I will stick with Subway and with sandwiches I make myself from grocery store purchases.

Legitimately one of the best food places Ive been -- definitely the best sandwich shop. Fresh, sustainable, high quality ingredients make for really bold and exciting sandwiches and salads. Its a little pricey, but youre paying for quality here. The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly. This shop is perfect model for how environmentally conscious businesses should be run: with no compromise on quality or experience. If you havent been here, youre missing out.

Probably the highest quality food in Redmond, at least some of the highest quality food in Redmond. It defintely breaks the suburban mold and feel of Redmond walking into this place. It gives you that immediate feel youve got different and better options than the standard trash sold at McDs or B-King. Definitely check it out for some tasty eats that do not follow the low quality road.

Homegrown is an awesome coffee shop plus they do really healthy sandwiches and soup. Very cool atmosphere. I highly recommend this place :) They just opened a couple months ago, but this place already seems very established. They have several other successful locations in Seattle, very happy they decided to come over to Redmond!

Ordered quinoa bowl with chicken. Maybe a bad night for them, but chicken was definitely not tasty, tomatoes didnt taste fresh, and avocado was not ripe. Didnt get past the first few bites. I was very much surprised given this kind of place usually is a no-brainer when it comes to quality ingredients. Disappointed.

Always very freshest salads and sandwiches. Food combination is very flavorful and satisfying. Healthy organic choices. Staff is very friendly and patient. One of the best sandwich, salad and coffee go to places for our employees, suppliers and customers. The take out and ordering is a great bonus.

This place always hits the spot. I get the TLT with avocado and sometimes i throw in a soup. The sandwich is very filling and delicious. My only downside for this location is that its attached to an ice cream store. It can get a little loud at night and there arent as many seats.

Absolutely delicious bread and it feels good to eat sustainable food. I had the roasted veggie sandwich. The aioli on it was fantastic. I also had the tomato bisque which was nice because it was very flavorful and not super overly creamy.
