I went to the Baskin & Robin on Redmond Way in Redmond, WA yesterday April 23, 2013. I was surprised not to see anything on the widows or doors advertizing the $1.00-3.00 customer appreciation day sale. I saw it on facebook and it said nationwide wide. I got my two scoops for $2.00 for the first day but my daughter took some of her college friends in her car and paid full price for three scoops. She asked the clerk what about the customer appreciation day sale and the clerk lied and said it was not at her location. She looks spanish my daughter went about three oclock on the first day of the sale. iI m going to let corporate know so she can be reprimended for false adveritising. The location in facebook listed that location as one participating.

I came into this baskin robbins with excitement and positivity. the terrible customer service totally killed my vibe and my dates. they charged me way more for what i ordered. after i asked the completely rude girl working the counter why it costed 14 dollars for a double scoop with two toppings, she said that everything added up and that is what it should be. afterwards i asked for my receipt and saw that this worker charged me for items i didnt even purchase. thank you redmond baskin robbins for ruining not only my night, but my day. (p.s. they have a terrible spider issue going on right outside the store). I will never be returning to this location EVER again. I am absolutely disgusted.

Understaffed can lead to long waits. This place needs to understand that theyre overflow option for Molly Moons down the street. If I have to wait, Ill just go to Molly Moons. s for Ice cram, its Baskin and Robbins. Average at best.
