I go out of my way to get coffee here because it tastes good. The lines are sometimes long, but usually worth the wait. Most of the baristas are personable at least to the other customers. One barista is personable with me. I have had 1 "so-so" experience, and 1 very negative experience in all the times I have been there. Yesterday was that time. I loaded my rewards card with $100 (you get 1 free drink for $25 you load). I was getting 4 drinks, so I thought I was being helpful in writing down every detail. My daughter was a barista for awhile as an owner of a stand, so she knows the tastes. She asked for a caramel machiatto blended with real espresso shots, no big train, with whipped. What she got was with big train no whip. She tasted it, and knew right away. I told the lady and she replied the big train also has real Coffee. We told her it was supposed to be no big train, then she said it wasnt big train, it was their powder. We said we didnt want powder, then she said there wasnt any powder. My daughter said it doesnt taste right. Im trying to hand it back, my daughter said shed just take it iced, and the lady keeps saying, "here take your drinks. Just take your drinks". She finally has the drink remade to iced. I was so tempted to give all 4 drinks back, and ask for a full refund of my $100 and never return. I told the lady that, and she said, "well we are really busy, and all I can say is sorry".

I have been in the coffee industry for over 6 years, and one of the main job duties as a barista is customer service; definitely not provided here whatsoever. I come here sometimes because the coffee is good, however, every experience I have had here is absolutely horrible customer service! When you drive up you Arent even greeted with a smile, and then all you get to hear the rest of the time while they make your drinks is gossip of their PERSONAL life; loud and clear. Its so bad that even when you pay and sign for your card, they stand there and stare at you while gossiping some more, a simple "have a nice day" isnt even given...if you dont care about a friendly customer service experience, then this is the place for you, their coffee is good, but i wouldnt expect anything more..

My wife and I come here a few times a week. I usually get an americano and my wife get a soy chai. The staff are friendly and always pretty upbeat. Not my favorite coffee but it definitely not bad coffee thats is for sure. The baristas are good at what they do and consistently produce a good tasting cup.

I have been going here since they opened, and they offer delicious coffee and cheaper than they probably should:) The baristas are fast and friendly also! I would, and have, passed 20 other coffee shops to come here in the snow, rain, or shine

Its a standard family friendly drive thru coffee stand in the corner of an intersection with a traffic light. It has good accessibility, and the coffee was good. We ordered a latte and a mocha.

My husband and I stop by here every week before church. We especially love their dirty vanilla chai tea lattes! The service is swift and the baristas are friendly! Would recommend!
