I ordered burgers for my family and while they were pretty good the wait time was beyond ridiculous. I think I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for 3 burgers. The burgers themselves were tasty but the fries had 0 appeal; it seems like the fries are just the basic grocery store variety that they tossed in an oven to cook. (This could also explain why it took so long to get the food out to me) Id eat here again but Ill never get fries from here again.

The burgers are pretty good, but not worth the trip or price. The Madness burger is a mess, but pretty tasty. The Fire Alarm burger is messy too, but quite good. Im not a fan of the onion buns. The amount of fries they give you for the $4.99 extra combo deal is a joke. The amount of fries you get in a large side order is ridiculously low too. The Shakes are quite good.

Best burger Ive had since Ive gotten to washington 9 months ago. Flame grilled goodness, great selection of specialty flavors including Mushroom Swiss, Jack daniels BBQ bacon, and the Aloha. They even have a Stack em High challenge and if you finish it in the time allotted you get your picture on the wall of fame.

They keep forgetting me on hold, once I actually drove there, still on hold, and placed my order. The face of the guy when I told him I was still on hold while I was at the counter seemed shocked for some reason. Guess he was too busy with his daughter to answer the phone.

I know people seem to love this place but Ive never been all that happy with it. I find the patties are over charred and the place is not inviting. Staff borders on being rude and they seem to screw up orders. Id rather go to the Five Guys if I need a burger.

Best Burgers in monroe!! Menu selection is outstanding so many choices!! Friendly staff clean & very up beat welcoming atmosphere would definitely recommend!! Jack Daniels burger is so amazing & the deep friend pickles are to die for!!

The food is good enough, but on cold or windy days you cant stay and eat. Your food and table will blow away every time the doors open. The other part is their pricing is just a bit higher also.

If you want a great burger this is the place in Monroe! They have a lot of other items on their menu that either arent that great or I havent tried, but the burger is very good!
