Their bagged whole bean coffee is the best around - seriously. Its super fresh roasted and doesnt get sour at the end of the bag. However, Ive had to downgrade this from 5 stars because their customer service has taken a HUGE hit lately. They dont seem willing to listen to what you want anymore, but rather quick to make excuses as to why their drinks arent going to be as good as somebody elses? Wow - believe me, on the off chance that Im asking for something you dont have on the menu, if you listen to what Im asking for, I assure you that this one will be better than the competitor. Quality and attention will easily speak for itself.

Ill be honest, i didnt think id make it after they took away their bacon and cheddar bagels. BOY WAS I WRONG! I love this coffee stand. Theyre friendly, fast and always consistent with their coffee which is on point. Plus, they re-vamped their entire menu. A little pricey but Tuesday they have melt sandwiches for $1 with your drink! (Not that i dont find myself here 3 days a week anyways!) Definitely try them out, support a local business that truly has happy employees with good service.

Pretty average coffee roasting company. They roast coffee weekly and are fully stocked with fresh beans! Which is excellent. The downside, for me, was that pour-over coffee was not available. I had a latte, which is a drink I dont prefer. It tasted mediocre but Im not an expert at lattes. If they would have a manual pour-over option, I may have added another star. I did leave with a pound of coffee for some pour-over at home. Intrigued but not sold!

I own a drive-thru coffee stand (Whitecap espresso) just outside of westport Washington. I have been using Olympic Crest for years and our customers love it! The quality is consistently and the service is unbeatable! I have tried the more expensive and more "commercial" roasters in the area and they never even come close. Thank you Chuck for doing what you do and doing it so well!

Been coming here for years. Delicious coffee roasted on premises. The baristas are all friendly and tend to remember your drink of choice after just a couple visits. The owner, Chuck, is involved with the community and local charities. If youre a supporter of local small businesses, this is one to add to your list.
