Outrageous prices Crappy rewards program RUDE OWNERS They do not care about loyal customers. The owners came out an accused my friend and I of cheating their program. We buy 2-4 20oz drinks everyday they theyre open. The reqrds program gives you 1 -12oz Drink every 13 times youre there ... no matter if you buy one drink per visit or 10 ... then they police it. We have spent hundreds of dollars there every month. Super bad customer service ... is what Ive come to expect from the owners, but this was even worse than what we usually expect. Also they laugh at customers ... sometimes dont even wait until customers are out of earshot. Seriously cannot believe how rudely the owners have chosen to treat people.

This is a great place to go to get a real cappuccino or a latte that doesnt need gloppy syrups to make it palatable. I love bringing out-of-towners here who have never had a really good espresso drink. They order a latte. They take a sip. They look surprised. They take another sip. And another. After glugging down a whole cup of this places coffee they look at me incredulously and say something like "I had no idea coffee could taste that good!" Yup.

The coffee bar Starbucks wishes it could be. Not only are the coffee drinks consistently good, theyve got fine choices for food and treats. Friendly and efficient service, comfortable seating, and plenty of free parking (whats not to like, about that?). Tables big enough for your and 4 or 5 others, if youre looking for a casual meeting. A great location near SPSCCs Lacey campus and the State and private office buildings around Woodland Square Loop.

the coffee is decent but the prices are outrageous. 6 something I paid for 1 quad white chocolate mocha. Also Its across from the Lacey SPSCC campus and it frequents an older crowd. I dont really get that it seems that they would try to attract the younger crew by being in that location. I can never study there its just to darn loud. The decor is nice and the staff are pleasant. Way to damn expensive. Ill find another coffee bar.

Merely adequate customer service, except for the very polite owner, but excellent coffee, every visit. Good atmosphere. Attracts a sunday-morning older crowd--I certainly am fine with that, they always seem polite and nice. Also has good cold coffee, good cold uncommon bottled and canned drinks, and decent sandwiches and pastries. Unlike some coffee places in Olympia, this one is actually cozy enough to want to sit down at.

Amazing and calming. When you want to go sit and enjoy some coffee, or grab a cup and a snack to run errands/go to work, this is the kind of place you want to go. The atmosphere is both calming and fun. Sit and relax, if you can. The staff are kind and good at their jobs, even when coming in first thing in the morning. Definitely recommend, if youre looking for a good cup of coffee and a pleasant experience.

When Im near this area I get coffee at Dancing Goats, because its the best in the area. I come here when I just want a walk in and out coffee experience. I have tried to come here to have coffee and sit but its always too busy. It isnt a good place to study due to the noise and amount of people and lack of available seating. I wish there were a drive through, it would be easier to get my coffee and go.

Stopped in today for a pastry and like so many others..they have lost or parted ways with their baker. Perhaps not realizing that many come JUST for that!? Those scones were devine and I can get my coffee from one of three Batdorff locations so no more morning stops there..bummer! AS

A great local chain also known as Batdorf & Bronsons. The lobby is wide, well lit and spacious with many tables. They make superb coffee with an exception syrup brand called Monin. The coffee shop I once worked replaced their syrup with Monin shortly before I left.

The staff is nice and helpful, and the baked goods are delicious. I miss the Sacchariferous Bakerys treats (and the baker as well) but the replacements are mighty tasty also. I love the zucchini bread in particular! The Chilly Goat drink is quite nice.

I really love this cafe. They have pastries and sandwiches from local bakeries and delis and their coffee is delicious (try a mermaid next time youre there). They get pretty full on Saturday mornings and with good reason.
